Horrible service! No communication! Deceiving sales tac-tics! I drove several hours to see a truck and really liked it. I was hoping to buy the truck the same day, the salesman told me he wouldn’t be able to do it the same day, which was disappointing after driving so far. I even called to give the salesman my information to get pre-approved for financing before arriving at the dealership, he said he would call me back that he was busy, I waited over 2 hours for the call back. Needless to say I got approved for financing with no problem the following business day, however the dealership would not accept my down-payment on credit, and when I asked why they said they don’t do that. Never heard that before! I’ve bought a lot of vehicles on credit and never had an issue. The salesman told me he would call me back in a minute to let me know if they could possibly do it on credit anyway, I waited 5 ½ hours for a phone call back, he then proceeded to tell me no. More than likely he was working something else out to sell the truck to another customer, cause the truck was sold the next day. It just felt like a total run around with Very poor Communication and lack of integrity from this dealership.

So I called a few days before I went in to go look at a car I asked "Any accidents?" He goes "No none" I go has it been smoked in he goes "No!" not that he was unsure. So I come up OBD reader in hand to look at the car and the second the dealer sees it in my hand he just gives me the keys to the car and I leave his office without him (As he lost interest in making a sale with someone that will realize that the cars was a POS). Now onto the car, the car had over spray the passenger side was defiantly hit in a highway accident. There was a cigarette burn in the leather in the back and the car had a funny smell in it like they were trying to hide something. It gave me a yellow light for the evap which means it had a problem that would be an issue going into emissions. So when Im done I walk up to the guy hand him the keys he doesnt even ask me if I like the car or test drive it and I gave him two seconds to say so then I was just like "Cya", bad hombres, these guys.

I recently purchased a used Chevy truck from Cenrury Auto. After tirelessly looking at many trucks for months on end that were far from in acceptable condition I responded to an ad from century auto. My email inquiry was responded to in minutes and it was after hours. I went to look at the truck where I met Mike who let me take my time looking at the truck and test drive it with absolutely NO SALES PRESSURE WHATSOEVER. The truck was in exceptional shape but had a couple of minor issues which were taken care of by their staff before pickup. After reaching a fair purchase price Mike also helped with getting financing for the vehicle which was also an easy process with his help. All in all I had a great experience working with century auto and truck. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a used vehicle.

I would rather have a root canal than shop for a car. Its so had to trust the sales people. That being said, the people at Century were outstanding. They didnt pressure me at all, Showed me the car I was interested in, then left me to check it out and only check in to see if I had any questions. The price was extremely reasonable. The car was great and the paperwork was done very quickly. I hope I dont need another car anytime soon but I would definitely go back here first...

Ive bought several trucks from century, Jeremy in particular, and have always had great experiences! Theyve always found the perfect truck to fit my needs and go out of their way to make the process very smooth! The service department there has been great as well for any routine maintenance jobs I dont feel like taking on myself. Its hard to find honest car sales and service so its nice to know there are some still out there!

Found the car we wanted when we went to look at another one there. They let it go for a few hundred below kbb, but it took them a while to fix the 2-3 problems we noticed on the test drive. Other than that, were very happy with this place, and well definitely consider them again the next time were looking for a car

Great place to a vehicle. Upfront with the whole buying and trade-in process. Got what I was wanted for my trade-in. Purchased a truck. Mike was upfront about everything. I noticed the tires on front did not match the back and Mike replaced them no questions asked. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks Mike.
