If I could give this place a zero I would. On June seventh, my niece asked me to go with her to this establishment to buy a car. Her credit wasnt really all that great so we asked my brother to consign for her. Dave Jones ran my brothers credit seven times which caused my brothers score to plummet eighty four points. We were told my brothers credit wasnt good enough. Then Dave Jones said my niece would have to put down thirty four hundred dollars or get someone else with good credit. We decided to ask my other niece to consign. She had excellent credit. After her credit report was ran, Dave Jones still continued to ask for a thousand more dollars. After he took the money from my niece, he said we had to come back the next day because the bank was closed now. We were told to come back early Thursday morning so we can get things started. When Thursday morning came, needless to say, Dave wouldnt answer his phone, he sent my niece text messages asking can I call you later, the whole nine yards. I felt like he got what he wanted, which was the money and now he was making us wait until he was ready to do business. I told Dave if my niece didnt need a car so badly, I would have been out of there so quick. I think theyre fast talking, back tracking, shysters. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. And to make matters worse, its been two weeks since my niece had the car and the check engine light is on already. Shes going to take the car to the Kia dealer because she feels very uncomfortable going back there. So, for anybody planning on getting a car from this place, STAY AWAY! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I went through about 4 car dealerships before ending up at Wholesale Auto. The prolific change that I experienced compared to other places I went looking for cars was noticeable. The faculty was incredibly kind and helpful, and you can tell as soon as you walk in that it is the family type of business that other organizations may advertise, but are not able to truly deliver upon. The salesman I worked with, Noel Gonzalez, was especially excellent. He made checking out and buying the car easier than I could have believed possible, and was easily the best salesman I have had the pleasure of meeting at any car dealership or organization in general. He assisted in every way possible, was timely on his responses to my questions and played absolutely no games. The honesty I experienced at this dealership was refreshing, especially after dealing with large chain dealerships that have no interest in the customer, only the sale of the car. The actual purchase of the car was streamlined quickly and concisely, and every charge that was placed on the car was explained without me having to ask, with no hidden fees at all, or even attempts to add hidden fees. Overall, this is the best dealership I have ever been too, and I highly recommend it to any person who is interested in buying an excellent car from excellent people in a cost effective and expeditious manner.

We purchased a vehicle there in February 2016. We were given a list of items which had been repaired and/ or replaced on the vehicle. After driving the vehicle for a few days there was some major pulling and shaking when braking. We took the vehicle to 2 other replace locations and were told it was bad control arms. We took the vehicle back to Sound Auto and they kept it for about a week doing work. When we picked it back up were told they had to replace the rear brakes (an item which was listed as being completed before purchased) and was very rudely told it was to be expected since it was a 2004.... Had to perform a hard stop on the highway and same issues occurred once again, and I was almost put into a barrier due to the large amount of pulling the car experienced. I took it back to Sound auto the same day and was told to bad we were beyond their 30 days even though this was an issue the supposedly fixed, but hey we could pay them to fix the same issue!! Spoke to the owner once he assured me he would call back. Guess what? No call back no nothing! NEVER GO HERE! They sell unsafe vehicles and DO NOT guarantee any work they have performed.

My first car purchase experience was a great one. Noel and Dave were very helpful and understanding of my situation. They were patient and willing to help in anyway they could to make sure I got the perfect first car. They were very genuine and did not beat around the bush. Noel was very detailed and made sure he told me everything and made sure I understood. He also was not a pushy salesman he was very cool. I was able to buy a 2014 Chevrolet Sonic with 35,000 miles on it for a inexpensive price. I would tell anyone I know looking to buy a car to go to Sound Auto Wholesalers and go speak to Noel. Thank Noel and Dave you guys were great. You have permanent customers for life (and also we will send people)!!!

I got tired of Connecticut winter driving in my car and wanted something more substantial and with 4 wheel drive. I looked around for a while and came across the Sound Auto website where I found a varied selection of good value 4WD SUVs. I was able to take several for test drives and wound up with a beautiful Nissan Murano that was well within my budget. The whole process with the people at Sound Auto was smooth and easy. Tyler, the sales guy, never pressured me and made me comfortable the whole time. He even took care of the registration for me. This was the best car buying experience Ive had. Thanks Sound Auto!

The trained knowledgeable staff took their time to explain the pros and cons of the cars I was interested in for my son. I was ilooking for a reliable used car. I found a 2010 Audi a4 online at sound auto. I made an appointment to test drive the vehicle and found it to be in perfect condition. The price was a little bit lower than others I had seen. I wound up buying the car. Lisa the sales person could not have been more accommodating. Ive had the car now for 2months. I had to return to sound auto one time because of a small problem and they took care of it right away. I am very napping with everything and I highly recommend them

Friendly, courteous, professionals! I made the trip from NY to buy the car after speaking to Angelo and once there the stuff at Sound Auto made the process simple and efficient. The car was exactly as described, in excellent condition and mechanically sound. We agreed on a price, prepared the paperwork in a timely manner and picked up the car after it was detailed. All together an easy and efficient experience and ended up with a great vehicle. I highly recommend Auto Sound! Thank you guys!
