If you want to be treated like a DOG, then rent from these people. If you want to drive a car that if FILTHY, that smells like a cigarette factory, and that will break down on you, then rent from these people.If you want them to treat you like a subhuman AFTER your car breaks down and you want to wait all day for them to come tow the car, and THEN dont have another car to replace it right then and there, then rent from these people.AND, if you want them to CHARGE you for that day that the damned car broke down, then rent from them.I will NEVER be made to feel as dirty as I did when I was desperate enough to rent from these people. I hope they treat their dogs better than they treat their customers.

Worse rental experience of my life. Disgusting car, filthy and sticky not to mention the dents and scrapes all over it. I literally took it home and had to clean it before I would let me children in it. Black stuff came off the steering wheel and door handles. The car was a piece of junk that eventually broke down as I was driving to work. All in All it really wasnt THAT cheap. I should have paid a little more for a real car from a realy rental agency. I would rather take the bus then rent from these people again

Had a good experience with company the first time. Second time we received a car with an engine light on. This car lasted a week or so then died on the highway. Next car the front end fender is held together with zip ties. Engine light is on too. Was half way home when the tansmission dies on this car. Incurred towing expenses which the company thought didnt belong to them. Couple bucks more somewhere else I wouldnt of been stranded on the highway in 90 degree weather. Rent at your own risk.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. They give you a car thats going to break down on you after a week. Not to mention that the windshield wipers barely even work, car slides on hills even with the e-brake on, and the passenger side mirror hanging by a thread. They brought me a different car once this one broke down and it had ZERO GAS in it!! Tell me that its not their problem and they give the cars with the amount of gas it has. Completely unprofessional. STAY FAR AWAY!

A bit anxious with germs, flesh-eating bacteria being my greatest fear- the license plate read "SARS". I put the gas to the floor for an eternity to make it hit 60 on i-91. It was a blessing because the brakes were shot. It looked like a nightmare, smelled dreadfully, leaked every possible fluid - but I got to work with the best possible laugh ever.

Great people. Purchased a user older model BMW. Car isnt perfect but when youre purchasing from a business like this, its to be expected. Employees are polite. When you need a vehicle and dont have alot of cash on hand, come here. Just choose your vehicle wisely. I recommend this business to anyone struggling that needs a vehicle to get to work.

To say disrespectful and rude would be a gross understatement. Actually they flat out stole $140 from me which I am in the process of getting back.! This is a very shady "business" to say the least DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE !!! I will also be reporting them to the BBB for further investigation !!

Some of these other reviews talk about the low quality of the cars. I say that is nonsense. When you need a car in a pinch and you do not have too much cash you just cant go wrong at cheap auto rental.
