Being a young single female who doesnt haev much knowledge about cars, i have always been weary of used car sales men. i have been screwed over in the past by other used car dealers and since then i have been skepical. however, i was in desperate need of a new car and while i was searching the web i came across a few cars i wanted to test drive at choice. As i pulled into their dealership i had a knot in my stomach in fear that they were going to try and take advantage of me. But as soon as i met the salesmen and we began to talk i became alot more comfortable. they were not pushy like most salesmen. i noticed a few things on the car cosmetically that i wanted them to fix if i decided to biuy it. and they agreed that it wouldnt be a problem to do so. after i test drove the car, i fell in love. it drove beautifully and looked beautiful and i looked beautiful in it! i had to have it. the financing process went smoothly. i got a pretty good interest rate considering i have terrible credit. i put a deposit on the car that day and they assured me that all the things we discussed would be taken care of. they also promised me that they would do the required safety inspection on it and made sure it passed emission. that was suich a relief, bc thats one less thing i had to worry about doing now. during our conversation, io told the owner about my prior experiences with other scum bag dealerships, and just to prove that his dealership was different from all the others he flushed out all my fliud for me anf refilled them for free. Through out the next few days while i was waiting for my car to be ready for pick up, the salesmen, Joe, and the owner, Mike, kept me updated on my cars progress. when i finally got the call that my car was ready for pick up, i told them that i had to work late and would be unable to make it there before they closed. and i couldnt even believe that just out of the pure kindness of their hearts, they told me that as long as i called them while i was on my way, they would stay late just for me. just so i could get my car that day! i thought that was the nicest thing. when i finally got there and seen my car, i couldnt stop smiling! It was so shiney! the detail guy did an amazing job! my car looked just as good on the inside as it did on the outside...and it smelled realllllly good too! they did everything they promised they would do. i will absolutely come back to choice the next time i have to buy a car. and i will totally recommend them to anyone who mentions anything about having to buy a new car. they were really impressed me and changed my opinion about used car dealer. they offered me a beautifiul car that ran great, they had friendly people working there, quick service and they kept every one of their promises. what more could you possibly ask for?

Drove down to this dealership from Maine. Bought a car that was sitting in pollen, looked like it hadnt been touched in months. I called them the day before I went down to get the car so I expected the car to be ready for me. I tried to start the car and take it for a test drive and the car wouldnt turn over. I figured dead battery, and thats what they said. However, the car I bought turned off the head lights etc automatically after taking the key out of the ignition and pulling up the e-brake. The car was sitting there for awhile... After the battery was done charging, I took it for a test drive. It felt okay, the car ran pretty damn good. I asked a question on some chatter I heard on under the car when taking turns, they said it was exhaust rattle. Okay, I buy that. I was told the car was completely stock, and it wasnt at all. It had a list of modifications that they didnt tell me about. I found the paperwork for all the mods after buying the car. Thats cool, its modified. vroom vroom! Drove the car for a month, check engine light came on. Took it to a performance mechanic and had a leak down test. Piston 2 was leaking, okay great.. I drove the car more, I never beat on it at all and the car seemed okay although it was misfiring and such. Ran it for a year and it still runs! Great news right?! I want to have the engine rebuilt, I figured its time, I got cash... Come to find out, the modification list was wrong, the car was beat to hell. Motormounts werent even for the right car. One of them was correct, so the engine sat awkwardly inside the engine bay. I had to buy a new shortblock engine, going to have the heads re-machined, and hopefully get everything back together for another $6,000. If I had known this car was molested this badly by mechanics who dont know what they were doing, I wouldnt have bought the car. And that "exhaust rattle" was the center diff and rear diff failing.... ha cool. Well, now that you read all this, do your research before buying a car. Some of the steps I should have done was: Call the previous owner if I could find him. Call the dealerships and the mechanics the car was taken to and see if they are scam artists. Learn about the car a bit more and dont like the excuse "but its my dream car" lead you into buying a crapbox. Theres tons of cars EVERYWHERE. Oh, and the owner of this shop is a bit sketchy, question everything and make sure what youre buying isnt a toyota or another car with a lawn mower engine in it. I wouldnt be surprised if he has done that before. And from reading other peoples reviews, they seem like they had similar experiences. The reviews with 5 ***** are from a paid service... Ask Mike, hell tell you... or will he? Ask to see if those customers exist on file lol.

How can you know that you can trust this dealership? Like you, I found Choice Motor Cars on the internet. I did not know anything about them. Buying a car, blind on the internet, from a dealership I knew nothing about, did concern me. I grew up around cars, and would like to think that I know a little bit about their inner workings. I am not rich, and buying this car represented a significant investment, I couldn’t afford to make a mistake. I spoke with Mike about purchasing the car, the price was very good, and so I bought it. Most cars are pretty easy to determine if they have and significant issues and Choice works hard to ferret them out. This car had a deep undetected problem stemming from the turbo charger. The staff at Choice did everything (and well beyond) what I could have possibly expected any dealership to do. They always took my phone calls, or called right back. They could not have backed up their sale any more than they did. I cannot possibly convey how much confidence I have in this dealership. Not only do they truly care, but they will do what it takes to make things right. Buying and selling cars is not an exact science and sometimes “things just happen” that are out of anyone’s control. It is comforting to know that this dealership will stand behind their sale and make it right. I live in Massachusetts and will gladly travel to Choice when I buy my next car. I got very lucky and stumbled upon a dealership with integrity. You now know whom you are buying from, and can do so with the confidence of knowing that they are good people that care. Sincerely, Michael Blanchard A Choice customer for life…..
