Dont waste your time or money here. I found what I thought was a decent car for a decent price at a friendly dealership. I explained to the owner (Eko) that the car would be for my son and it needed to be reliable and safe. The test drive went well, the sales people were helpful and I was promised that the car had been checked out by the dealers mechanics and was mechanically sound and ready to roll. The car even came with a limited warranty. Sounds good, right? Wrong. It all sounded good but turned out to be a disaster. The car has been nothing but trouble and has been in the shop for repairs for more time than weve been able to drive it. The trouble started less than a week after driving it home (and it was garaged for four of those days due to snow). I contacted the dealer immediately upon the first incident (the car literally stopped moving forward while going down the road - while my son was driving it). I received no reply from Landmark. The car had to be towed to a service station where they found multiple issues that shouldve been disclosed or repaired by the dealer. When trying to utilize the warranty, we discovered that Landmark did not file the correct paperwork and the warranty company initially declined to cover the repairs. After numerous phone calls and wrangling (and days passing), the dealer supplied the number on the warranty (but no apology, ownership of the problem or offer to help) so the repairs could be completed. Unfortunately, I still had to pay out of pocket because everything was not covered. Landmark also promised to send the correct papers to me right away but after weeks of waiting and un-returned correspondence, they still havent sent them. Oh, and the car had to be towed yet again due to additional, very expensive mechanical problems that again, left my son stranded. Ive purchased many cars over the years and this has been the single worst experience (and automobile) Ive encountered. This car is a money pit that I will likely have to sell for pennies on the dollar. At least the next owner will be aware of the issues. Numerous e-mails and phone calls to the owner have gone unanswered and ignored. This owner and dealership wants nothing to do with you once theyve pocketed your money. Apparently, they dont much care about their reputation for customer service or quality cars, just getting the money and unloading the next lemon on another unsuspecting customer. Dont let that be you.

Deceitful owner and even worst customer service. Completed an credit application on the early morning of 4/6/17. Spoke to the oh so "busy owner Eko, told him the exact car I wanted and once the process was done and I found out what my monthly payments would be, I would then come put down a deposit which I had in my wallet and would do so as soon as I left work,he said okay it doesnt take long so you should be getting another call soon. I received a call about 20 mins later from one of the ladies in the sales department, stating she wanted to verify my information, mind you she was new from what she told me and to bare with her.She finally verified everything and tome me I would get a call back very shortly with the numbers. Hours go by and by this time they are closed, I NEVER got an call, so I call back early morning yet again on 4/7/17. Spoke to a different sale representative and she could not tell me what was going on and that I should leave a message for the owner who was supposedly "busy" with another customer. Mind you they just literally opened. Hours go by again, still no call, so now Im really wondering whats really happening because I checked my credit and it showed 2 hard inquiries from Auto Landmark, which proved my credit was ran. So I call back same day, 4/7/17 close to closing time, not sure if it was the same ladies from before but the person I spoke to this time could not tell me anything about my process either, very rare for me to speak to 3 different people and not 1 person can tell me anything and they all work in that department at that. Finally was transferred to the "owner Eko." I ask him what was going on with my process so I know to look elsewhere or not. "Oh the car you wanted someone came and put a deposit on it" So I asked when did this happen?! "Last night" was his reply. So I stated shouldnt I at least received a call either way. " well were busy most of the time and if someone wants to come put a down payment they have the right to do so". Very understandable but what does that have to do with me getting a call back , regardless of what happen I should have been contacted. "yea but If you want to come look at another car you can" . Told him no thanks and I would take my business elsewhere. So now Im stuck with 2 hard inquiries on my credit for a car I could not purchase because of the deceit of the owner. I would not recommend anyone to this"business".

Never buy a car from Auto Landmark in Plainville Connecticut. We bought this car online sight unseen. By the description 100% ready to go. This is on 2/26. We pay by credit card and a week later (only 2 hours away) we take delivery and pay shipping fee. We turn the car on and check engine light and No Oil Pressure. We pay 100 to be towed to our local mechanic and after tested our tech says too many issues to diagnosis After a week of trying to get ahold of Eco the owner or anyone at Auto Landmark after I call the local Sheriffs Department we hear back. Hell fix the car. He pays for transport back and fix. We get to March 26th one month later, We called CT DMV and Orange County Sheriffs Department and they both suggest filing affidavits after a month and not having a car something is fishy. I text the owner telling them we are filing a K-35 with CT DMV and WOW its fix. So.. All fixed and shipping back the transport company and calls us to be available as we are on the hook for the delivery. We reached out to ECO at Auto Landmark in Plainville CT and no response and he tells the transport driver he refuses to pay fee back. So a $4700 care we are out $6000. Buyer BEWARE. You call the dealership directly and its all Automated prompts. So if you want to tie up your money for a month, have no vehicle to drive and a dealership that doesnt care, etc if he just paid to ship the car back. Hope its fixed. Buyer Beware Auto Landmark Plainville CT Not about the customer. 3/28/2016

I was looking for a vehicle for my parents to drive around here in CT while they are visiting us from Florida. I started looking online and started hitting the road to see some cars and test drive. After the 6th dealer I visited and some of the things I was hearing and seeing were just outrages. So I decided to stop looking as I could not trust what I was hearing. Then I saw a beautiful BMW 530xi awd and thought the price was too good to be true but decided to go see it anyway. I was greeted by the receptionist and felt warm and very unlike my past experience right off the bat. I honestly could not believe that this BMW was the price that it was and I was waiting for the surprise, like something is majorly wrong with the car but sure enough it was a certified pre-owned with warranty. So the test drive was great and went for about a 45 min drive. The gentlemen that went on the test drive with me and my husband was very polite, generous and normal like a human being. Unlike the other salesman I have experienced that I needed to take a shower after talking to them. So it just felt right and a beautiful car with warranty and a deal of a life time so we ended up buying it :). We ended up getting a 4 year extended warranty just for a piece of mind. My parents loved the car and it was nice not having to chauffeur them while they were visiting. Just wanted to share my experience so others reading this can make the right decision as well.
