I have always bought my cars from big name dealers that advertise on TV and have massive glass show rooms. So when I came to look at a 2011 3 series BMW I saw online, I almost turned around when I pulled into the evolution autos lot. Best decision I have made in my car buying career not turning around. Not only did I buy the BMW for close to $2,500 less then any other competitive price around, but I was treated with the most respect and honesty I have ever experienced from a dealer. The term "car sales man" does not apply to Mike, one of the owners and the person I spoke with through the entire process. He treats everyone like a friend, hes honest about everything and answered calls well after business hours frequently for me as we worked together to fix some car fax issues on my current vehicle I wanted to trade in. Not only that, but the bank I financed from cut the check for an extra $500. Mike could have cashed the check and no one would have noticed, taking the extra $500 the bank mistakenly financed me and put it in his pocket. Instead, Mike immediately notified me and changed the amount I was putting down to accommodate for the extra money the bank mistakenly financed. Not many people would do that. Next time I buy a car I will for sure be going to Mike and Evolution Autos my first stop. Not a dealership around like it.

My wife and I were looking for a car for the last two weeks. We went on multiple test drives, but we couldnt find a car that suited us. We were sold a lemon car by Michigan Motors so I walked into this car search incredibly hesitant. Mike worked really well with me. He didnt try to sell me another car that I wasnt asking for. We went straight to the corolla (2010) and took it for a drive. He was even cool with letting me get an inspection. He even admitted that the tires needed replaced on the car and cut 200 bucks off sticker so that I could get the tires replaced that needed it. There was a slight discrepancy with what our mechanic said, but we resolved that no time at all. He was transparent when he even made a call to the bank about financing the loan, and put them on speaker phone. Really this place is transparent no joking around, and he will help you compare competitors cars to his then you will find out that he is the best option around.

Mike was very friendly and helpful. He got us a great interest rate. No salesman pressure from him. I would recommend to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle. This was my review 2 weeks ago when I bought my vehicle from here. Since then my review has changed some. Now since I have drove the vehicle everyday I realize theres a lot of issues with it. The ignition switch has locked up now Im unable to drive it until its fixed. It makes a lot of rattles, pops, and squeaks not only when going over a bump but also while driving on a straight smooth road. If you decide to purchase a vehicle from here I highly recommend taking it somewhere to have it checked out mechanically before buying. I understand that is a used "as is" vehicle but if someone is paying almost $14,000 for a vehicle theyd expect it to be better that it is. I could of bought a newer vehicle with less miles for the price I paid for the one I got here.

The customer service at Evolution Autos in Franklin Indiana really raises the bar for other businesses. This morning while I was headed to the store I came across Evolution Autos sign advertising FREE AIR! It just so happens that my "check tire pressure" light came on this morning. In my opinion everyone should offer free air, everyone needs it at some point in time and its not uncommon to not carry cash or change with you. The car lot is very clean and well taken care of. I was greeted by Mike, the sales manager, who was more than happy to help me out. Not only did he set up the air compressor for me he then went inside and grabbed a pressure gage and filled my tires FOR me. After filling the tire he asked if the 7 (yes, SEVEN!) kids I had with me wanted a coloring book. Its hard to come by good customer service these days, its so refreshing to know Evolution Autos is part of our community.

I bought a 2013 mazda3 well below the average dealer price on KBB. The exact models on craigslist were selling for 2- 4K more. Had no issues on carfax. Only needed tires and brakes (Although not urgent) This is a very small dealer so there was low pressure from the salesman (Mike) as i had picked out the car before hand. Mike is nice and talks you through everything. Ensure to understand all maintenance that may need to be done and get the fees ahead of time. For me, these included 25 for title (you can do this yourself if you want) and 150 for dealership association (admin), and of course taxes. He was very open with all the costs once prompted and encouraged me to take the car for as long as I needed to get it checked, test drive, etc. In addition, we worked with me to take the car off the market while I allocated funds to pay for it. Overall, a great experience and great car at a great value.

Evolution Autos went out of their way to help me purchase the right car for me. Sam initially went out of his way and met me outside of regular hours to test drive several cars I was interested in. He talked through the advantages and disadvantages of each car clearly and objectively. I test drove a car at another dealership and realized how much of a hassle buying at big dealerships can be. I also didnt find comparable prices anywhere on the car I was looking at. Mike was incredibly helpful going through the details of the specific car I wanted to purchase. He walked me through the Car Fax, financing options, and additional warranty options. He was very transparent throughout the process. I appreciate all of Mike and Sams flexibility and help in this process! They went above and beyond to make sure I was well informed but never pressured.

Finding Evolution Auto was a blessing. After looking at two big car dealership lots for nice used cars, only to find out there werent really many to choose from we came across Evolution Auto, and their reviews were pretty high, so we ventured over to take a look. Mike was super nice to work with and very professional and knowledgeable. Mike and his brother are honest, decent guys. A breath of fresh air. We purchased a Dodge Grand Caravan that was in immaculate condition inside and out, at a very reasonable price, and the financing was a breeze. We will be returning to Evolution Auto later this summer to purchase another car, for our daughter whos heading to grad school in the fall and needs to replace the car shes driven since high school. We highly recommend Evolution Auto for your next used car purchase.

Just purchased a 2015 Suburban from them. It was a decked out model that had all the bells and whistles but at the same asking price as models with none of the extras (oh yeah, with 4x4 and HALF THE MILES). Derek was a great sales associate and very easy to deal with. The process was easy and efficient. Their "no haggle" price is for real. They price their vehicles to get them moved. Theres also no B.S. dealer fee. There is a $149 Admin Fee which keeps the staff that you arent going to get around but it is what it is. Overall, great experience and I will look forward to doing business with them in the future. We were there for a total of 90 minutes from introduction, test drive, credit check and financing. Faster than anywhere Ive ever purchased a vehicle!!! Thank you guys for having it together!!!
