My Girlfriend needed a new cell phone and so we do our research and see that Target offers a pretty great deal with their BrightSpot cellular plan (powered by T-Mobile). She buys a brand new Nokia Lumia with Windows 8 and the "cellular specialist" sets up the phone, the internet doesnt immediately work and were told that its normal and wed have to wait a few hours - the entire day passes and still doesnt work. She goes in the next day so they can work on her phone, the "cellular specialist" spends 1.5 hours on the phone with the BrightSpot people, lo and behold it still doesnt work. She has to leave for work so we go back together the next day and again the "cellular specialist" pokes around on her phone for hours. Three hours later we decided to trade in the Nokia Lumia for something different -- we opted for a $20 cheaper phone running on Android. Finally, it works and the issue was in the Windows phone. The customer service desk refuses to give her a refund of the difference between the two phones, speak with manager and he says that the only thing theyll do is give us the difference on a Target gift card. All in all it was a very frustrating experience.

As expected, its a great place for high-quality grocery. Target is relatively higher priced compared to Kroger when it comes to groceries. So, we prefer Target for non-grocery items like kitchen utensils, appliances etc since it has been a great experience. The store is well organized and the Target app is very helpful in locating when you are looking for specific items. Besides the grocery items, they have good quality clothing options and kitchen utensils/appliances section which we definitely check before purchasing anything, even if it is not from Target. Besides shopping, they have Starbucks, Pizza Hut Express and a CVS pharmacy inside the store itself which is great to relax and enjoy. The staff is good and friendly. No unpleasant experiences there. Overall, a great place to definitely check out. P.S. These folks were open till late (11 PM) on Christmas eve, which was great, unlike Kroger and Walmart that closes at 6 PM. Its hard for employees but it was a blessing for careless folks like us who go out to hunt for finished grocery items at the 11th hour.

You know what is surprising about this target? It is a great place to do work/study. Often times there are tables to work and there is no music in the background so that you can provide your own music. Also, plenty of food and drink options when you get thirsty or th3 michiew. The staff at the Starbucks is great! Once and awhile you might have to wait a bit because sometimes they are understaffed (only one person working behind the counter), but they are always friendly and happy to help. There is a barista especially named Michael who has a great sense of humor, friendly, always willing to give great suggestions on drinks, and makes great chai tea. All the staff works and often times are really friendly toward customers. The target itself is a normal target, but the fab that it has a great study space makes it better. Totally recommend for work or study (as strange as it sounds).

I recently purchased throw pillows from there. Twelve to be exact. I knew it was going to be a bit pricey but I had no idea. It was almost $400.00. I got home and thought about it for a bit and as I sat there I saw an ad on tv for the same pillows. They were $5.00 a piece. I could not believe what I was seeing. I thought I was dreaming. So I rewound the tv ad to make sure what I thought I saw was real. I took the pillows back right away. It has been two days now and I have not seen my refund yet. I called the store and the manager stated to me that it will be three weeks before the refund will be back into my account. I can understand a few days but three weeks! Come on now. This will be the very last thing I will ever purchase there. I dont care if it is just a few blocks away. The whole thing is unreal and just boggles my mind.

This Target is rearranging some areas of the clothing departments. Not only could I not find what I was looking for, I couldnt find anyone to assist me. Thought maybe I could get what I was looking for when the checkout agent asked me if I found everything okay; she didnt ask me. I drove on to Home Depot. They look for customers who need help.

I went in a couple months ago to get an 8x10 photo printed out after i had ordered it online. I went in to the store to pick it up and my luck they were unable to print out the 8x10. I was never told on the website or by anyone else that the printer wasnt printing 8x10. It was aggravating because I wasted my time driving up there for no reason.

Huge space to shop or browse. Workers always treat me with the utmost respect and answer my questions. The restroom is ALWAYS clean! Stop in and see for yourself! That makes a difference when you are out shopping in the area for long periods. Check out the $1.00 -3.00 stuff near the front!

As clean and well maintained as any Target. The selection in the mens clothing is not very big. They only have a handful of decent button ups at a time. The only time I went into the electronics department I asked for a HDMI cable and the person didnt know what I was talking about.

The familiar Target layout makes shopping easy, but on the day we arrived, the selection of clothing was picked over and made it difficult to find a size / color combination that fit. Be sure to check out the sale racks in the back for good discounts on already moderate prices.

Target used to be a nice store. The one in Newport looks like a Walmart now. Boxes everywhere, merchandise not organized... Its sad. They still have the staples for your kitchen and some of their signature design furniture and misc. items, but dont expect to be impressed.

Its a Target. Theres a grocery section, but dont expect the same sort of fresh food selection youd get from a Kroger Marketplace. The trick to Target is their store brand. Their clothes are also stylish and relatively inexpensive, but you get what you pay for.

Large, modern store thats just a quick jump off the highway. Traffic in and out can be a problem on the south side, its best to enter from the north side.
