Have enjoyed going to Roses in the past, lately the staff had become so rude. Also, wondering why it is that the store closes at 9 but the dressing rooms have to be locked at 7:30. Was told in a rude manner that it was past 7:30 and she had to lock the dressing rooms to clean up. The dressing rooms were so dirty that you wouldnt think they had been cleaned in a while. There were dust balls everywhere. Heard that the 7:30 room closing was corporates mandate. Really questioning that.

This has to be the worst store in history for customer service. Have shopped Roses for many years in North Carolina and I have never seen anything like this location. You will wait in line for 20 minutes or more each and every time you go to the Seymour avenue location. The employees will all be standing around doing nothing while you wait and wait and wait. So ridiculous Wonder if corporate knows how this store operates?
