First Ill start this off saying I usually love this gamestop. Never had any issues here other than the horrible experience I had today. I went in to trade in my old wii and wii u games for rainbow 6 seige. Im an avid game collector and have many games (over 1000) a lot of which I have never played or opened (never got around to it.) The gamestop employee immediately starts throwing hints that she believes the items were stolen. Then after I asked her what she was trying to say she flat out accused me of stealing the games and VERY loudly at that. I guess its hard to believe that some people can actually afford to buy games they never get around to playing. I will NEVER step foot in this gamestop again. I have never felt so offended in my life.

This is the best Gamestop. I hate when my husband takes the children anywhere else. The guys here are so knowledgeble about everything they sell. They give my boys cheat codes and tell them stratagies for completing particular scenes. I always by the game warrenty and it is no problem when I return a disk broken in 2 parts. If you are in this area shop at My GameStop!!

Put in a hold request on a new released game,got email confirmation,went to store after ignoring us for 5 minutes tattooed lady finally got off the phone and told me she didnt receive a email request for hold game.they did have the game in stock,wasnt a pleasant experience ,I wont go back to this store again (attitude while you wait,,lol )

My son got at the store at 9:00pm people were walking out he was at the door the guy lock the door in his face the people were holding the the door for him the store person still close the door and lock it in his face.I think that was very ugly as bad as people need there job I really dont think thats a way be toward anybody.

Storefront says open at 10 on Saturday and so does website. But NOPE.....Waited out front for a while. I hate dumb places and lackluster employees who cant open on time on a Saturday. I have other places to shop and every minute counts. Thanks for wasting my time.
