Terrible company, dont do business with them. They sent me a radio/cd player and it stopped working before the warranty was up. I sent it back and they gave me my money back but the kept my 6 cds that were in the system and they never refunded my return shipping. I have proof of all the emails stating I would get a shipping refund since their tech was trying to tell me how to fix it before sending it back and they argue that I sent it back after the warranty. Not true. Then they claim there were only 4 cds in the system even though I sent it back with 6 cds stuck in the system. So their claim of 4 cds is also not true. Also they say my cds that they sent back (but I never got them) were scratched up. Check the BBB before you buy from this company they have many reports against them. Just because they are on Ebay with a good seller rating dont trust it. Just remember even though you have proof of everything you wont get everything back. Gave it one star because it is the only way I could post the review. Response : Yes this is a negative review because your company lies and steals personal property. Nothing but lies from this company. I have all my proof stating everything said between myself and what this company has said to me in writing. I have the emails about this business and their lies and so called "working with me to fix the problem". There were 6 cds in the player when I sent the unit back to them. The player showed the 6 cds in the player until the reset was done (per their tech) then the player jammed thus the showing of four cds. They told the BBB and myself they sent my "4 cds" back to me and Feb 29th 2016 and as of March 23rd 2016 I still have not received them. So here another lie from this company. Stay away from them do not do business with them unless you want to lose money, get lied to, lose personal property, have to put up with their aggravation, and wind up going to an HONEST seller for your purchase.

I certainly hope Richard and Kate read this. At this particular moment, if I could give less than one star I would. I ordered a radio from them in Dec. When I received and tried to install, I realized I was sent the wrong radio. I immediately called. I was told that unfortunately that they did not have the correct radio in stock, and that they would give me a call back when the did. Never heard back, called again in Jan. Was told the same thing, but not to worry, we would get it fixed. Never heard back. Called again in Feb. (starting to see the pattern)? Again, I was told the same thing. So now here comes March. I called and they said they had the right radio in stock, but now , since the original transaction was so long ago, that I would have to pay for the new radio. Oh yeah, they did say they would take five dollars off!?! How is that even close to be anything that resembles customer service? As a business owner, If someone comes into my restaurant to eat, and the food and service is garbage, should I say, "Sorry, why dont you come back tomorrow, eat again, and Ill take five dollars off".... So according to the office manager, she was going to send an "emergency" email to the owners that she would copy me on. That was an hour ago, still havent seen this emergency email. Hopefully, the owners will do the right thing and I will change this review. I dont even mind paying the difference, but to make me purchase a whole new radio because your people dropped the ball is ludicrous. I would also like to add this excerpt from one of your previous reviews.: "Unfortunately, we do run across a customer here and there that no matter how much we try to bend over to help them, they are never happy. Thats just business". I would like to see how far you bend to help me, because so far, nada.

Good luck to you if you do business with this company......I ordered a am/fm/cd radio, calling them first and asking if the car was compatible with the vehicle it was to be installed in, I was told it would work perfectly. So I purchased the radio as a Christmas present for a General Motors vehicle. The radio was installed and the Chevrolet dealership could not unlock the radio after several tries. The radio also drains the battery completely dead after 6hrs. I contacted Discount OEM radios and explained.... through ebay... the problem, and that I wanted a refund.....this company basically called me a liar, and that I must have contacted another seller " because they would not give out that information over the phone ". The Chevy dealer told me yes the radio was compatible with the vehicle but is basically junk. Its Not the whole $30 I spent on the radio ,,,,,it is the point of not even offering an exchange or ship a different radio....It was right away my fault somehow because they sent a defective radio.....good luck if you choose to role the dice!!!!!

I want to thank Brittany and Katie at Discount OEM Radios for all their help. I would have surely messed up and ordered the wrong radio for my car had I not called them first. They showed me how to order to right one, explained the differences and even helped me locate one since they did not have one available. Not many companies out that there will do that. I notice most of the reviews on this site are bad, but on their actual site, they are awesome! Take the time to call them and talk to them, you wont regret it!

AWFUL company! BEWARE! They sell broken radios on ebay & when you mail the radio back for a replacement..youll never hear from them again. They even go as far as blocking your cell phone number. The employees names are Brittany & Katrina. Although the women who help you are nice on the phone, you still NEVER get a working radio as promised. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN! Im in contact with the Better Business Bureau & other official Georgia agencies. Stay tuned, you southern fried crooks!

Buyer Beware- This company sells equipment that does not work. I bought a radio from them from Ebay. I took it to the dealership for them to put it in. The dealership charged me $270..00 to put in the radio and diagnose the problem. The problem was the radio had been in water and was corroded. When I called seller they said all their radios are tested before sending. This was not a true statement. I am out $270.00 dollars. This has been my experience.

Anyone who leaves negative feedback is careless. They called me to make sure the radio would fit in my car. I just needed to call the dealership to get the part numbers. If the radio doesnt fit in your car, thats your fault. Also they clearly define their return policies. There is a 20% restocking fee so thats the reason you get back the 80%. Great company, great customer service, great prices.

Im a repeat customer and have had 100% success in replacing an OEM radio in two of my cars. The radios were like new, worked flawlessly and the price couldnt be beat. Im VERY picky about my stuff and feel good that Ive found a good and honest source for replacement radios, always at a great value. Friendly service too! Thanks!
