Worst experience in this Staples store #0560. Went to buy a laptop with Staples credit card that I opened 1 day back. As per commercial store credit card policy like Kohls, Staples etc. if u open credit card in store & want to use the card till u get ur physical card, the card number that u got during opening & photo Id is req to process payment. In this store the sales representative in Tech & Mobility name Sunil, talking about policy & harassing me for almost 2 hours even when the Staples manager of Market Place Blvd where I opened the card called the representative Sunil twice with all the information require to process payment. This representative bluffed me & the manager of the previous store for hours & told me that Citi bank is not willing to process payment because he talked to them. When I requested this representative to give me the Citi bank number & called the credit card dept. they told me that the payment CAN be processed without card after my verification which is completed within 5 mins. The Citi bank representative then walk through the representative how to process the payment without physical card which took just 10-15 mins because the representative DO NOT know the process of processing payment without card & to cover that up was not willing to help me & instead giving me advice of policy & loss & prevention. Staples is a big company but need to make sure the quality of representative & other process in helping the customers rather than harassing them uniformly, where the quality of representative including the manager in Market place Blvd. IS TOO GOOD & HELPFUL while the representative in Tech & Mobility in Alpharetta store is not.

If I could give this store negative stars, I would. I needed to print flyers for my lost kitten. I ran into Staples 20 mins to closing. I was beyond frazzled, on the verge of tears already. My flash drive wasnt working with the self-serve printer, so I frantically looked for any employee to help me. I eventually found one (5 mins to closing at this time). She then went on to tell me that she hates cats, and my cat looks like every other cat shes seen and that I probably wont find him. (First of all... Who does that?). Her computer/register shut down because it was now 1 minute to closing, so she printed my flyers and gave them to me. I tried to pay, but she said "just take them. My computer was a pain in the ass, and you were a pain in the ass." I had just lost my kitten... Just a little kindness would have gone a long way. I would have paid triple for the flyers if I could have avoided the treatment I received. I will NEVER go to this store again.

This is not my regular store but I was in the area, had a return and needed ink for my printer. I was also turning in several (at least 10) printer cartridges for recycling/credit. I asked the woman checking me out if she needed my rewards number and she said she took it from the receipt from my return. Usually I get an email right away from Staples saying they had received my cartridges and a debit card for X amount will be arriving soon. I waited a few weeks and didnt hear from them. Logged into my account online and there is no record of this Staples taking my cartridges that night. I hate to assume the worst in a person but I wont be back to this Staples ever.

We miss Riley Stood in line patiently waiting to ship 1 overnight letter with one other customer A customer had at least 20 individual boxes to mail ... Customer had to ask if we had to wait until all those boxes had been shipped ... After a mean look from the customer the young lady said ... Yes Could have taken the quick letters and then went back to the hour long shipping of the boxes ... Gone to the USPS

I purchased a pack of 500 business cards and a lot are cut differently (logo cut off at different points). I pointed this out to the representative and she said many customers get upset with the online template. It was cut different, not the template. Reordering my business cards somewhere else. I do purchase office supplies/electronics here and had no problems with that...

The Copy Print Center is always understaffed. I feel awful for the single staff person, but its been this way for years. Every visit for a print job is nearly an hour wait between prepping files and juggling my order with every other customer waiting.

Hate being one of those difficult customers but sometimes it happens! Despite this, I received excellent help from the gentleman at the copy center, josh. Thank you for the assistance- this is definitely a good staples with great employees!

It can be hard to find what youre looking for, and the staff isnt really walking the store (when you ask for help, they are helpful). Its clean and has good items for sale. There is a good selection to pick from.
