While I did not go into Everythinig Computers with a complex request by any stretch of the imagination (I only needed to replace my laptops power cord.), the guys over there were polite, fast, and efficient. I had actually sent an email earlier, and when I told the young man what it is that I wanted, he asked if I had sent an email. I told him, yes. And he said, I was just about to respond to it (I love timely responsiveness as a consumer.). He went to the back, brought out the power cord, plugged it into my laptop to make sure that it worked (It did, of course.). He also suggested that if I were going to replace the laptop in the near-term that I probably didnt need to accrue the expense of replacing the battery. He put on his consulting hat for me in that instance. He did tell me that he would be more than happy to order a replacement battery for me, should I decide to want to do so. He also apprised me of the fact that they have affordable replacement laptops for me when I get ready to replace the one I have. I said all that to say, Ill be patronizing them again.

i was a customer 1/9/11 for a diagnostics. i brought my machine in on 1/8 an got next day service! was excited that i was called ASAP! i was informed my cpu an hard drive failed. told them that was fine but i wanted a 2nd opinion so i paid an left. glad i did cause i took it else where to find it was a known problem wth my pavilion. so while payin for 2nd diagnostic was more expensive at best buy, they were able point out the KNOWN issue an explain how to fix. No cpu or hard drive were needed an i was back up an running in less than 3 hours. Overall Everythign Computers was very fast with the service! i would recommend them for fast diagnostics! just understand the value of a 2nd opinion, cause the "experts" are not always right, not everyone knows everything. Not everyone is perfect! apparently this make me a angry customer =P cheers!

Everything Computers is everything that I could want from a computer store. The staff was incredibly helpful and professional. Each and every person on staff had a wealth of knowledge about computers but was able to break down the answers to my computer questions in a way that was simple and workable for me. I mostly spoke to Ronny while I was in the store, and I was able to get a great deal on a used laptop that was completely upgraded with the latest software. He also installed a wonderful antivirus package and gave me tips on how to avoid spyware and viruses. I know that Everything Computers backs their products and their work 100%, so I am completely confident in my purchase and am looking forward to dealing with them in the future.

My HERO! If you need folks who really understand hardware and software, are honest, fair and smart, meticulous in their methodology in detecting a problem, have attention to detail and you can rely on to help with your computer related issues, this is the place. Ronnie Hoaglander and his team are as good as it gets! I thought I lost all of my emails which would have been devastating. Somehow, they recovered them from a bad sector in my hard drive when it looked to be impossible. Then they got me a new hard drive and set up my computer again after backing up and restoring all of my information, programs and files - and it did not cost me an arm and a leg!. Miracle workers I tell you...

I like the fact that everyone I spoke to provided intelligent answers both operationally and technically as it related to my particular computer monitor issue. The staff response was friendly, informative, and concise. The price to repair the issue was reasonable and the repair was done in a very timely manner. Communication regarding the repair parts needed, and estimated time and cost to complete were provided throughout the process and not just up front. The estimated cost was exact as well. Bottom line: first time customer, very impressed with the professionalism and the service done. I will return as a customer first to this firm before others I have used. GForce

I have never experienced more knowledgable professional people so focused on serving their customers. Its likely you have long forgotten what great customer service used to be. If so visit Ron at Everything Computers in Marietta for a trip back to the future. Unbelievable experience with a problem I had with my laptop.Fixed in less than one day with so many extra accomodations I started to feel guilty.Prices were beyond fair and competitive.I will never set foot again in the Big Box stores for computer service. You only get what you pay for but in this case you get so much more in real value. Go see them with your computer needs. You wont be disappointed.

This is a great place to take your PC. Several years ago I did computer repair in the Marietta area. Although I no longer do PC repair, people still call me for help with their computers. Ive always sent them to Everything Computers and every time heard great reviews about the speedy service, competitive prices, and friendly staff. The last person I sent there later commented "Thank you Ryan. I really like that computer place. They added stuff in a few minutes." Its because of reviews like this that Im completely confident in sending anyone that asks to Everything Computers and I know theyll be a happy customer.

I brought my wifes computer in on a Sunday because windows 10 had locked her administrator acess out when she tried to add another acount to the computer and one other repair store had said the only way to restore administrator acess was to wipe the whole computer. Frank was extremely helpful and had it fixed in under two hours. He restored administrator acess and did it all for a very reasonable price. Everything computers is where i will be bringing our computers from now on. I recommend this buisness to anyone and everyone. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced.

For anyone that needs computer services or hardware. I have known the guys at Everything Computers for 7 years. They have been able to help me through the "computer world" of hassles and trouble with their expertise. While its easy to buy a product at a big box store or on-line, I cannot stress how much the SERVICE after the sale that buying from them has saved me. Truth be told, I probably spend less with them and saved countless hours of at-home hassle. If you need a new computer or are having trouble with your old one give them a try.............bz

Save by RON! Kids R Kids West Cobb uses Everything Computers for their computer needs, up grades, maintenance etc. and we have always been please with the quick response and practical knowledge and advise provided. However RON went above and beyond when I was in distress over a missing 20 page document. Ron was courteous and helpful (at 9:30pm on a Sunday) as I could not recover this paper that was due in less than an hour. I can not begin to thank him for his help and professionalism. Give them a call for your computer IT needs. Ask for RON he ROCKS!
