Something always happens when I visit this Walmart. An incident came up at the cash registers. I was waiting in line to pay when the lady in front of me asked the cashier if she could run back to her car and find her ID in order to purchase an alcoholic beverage. So here we are, waiting for her to get back. The gentleman behind me got frustrated (we all did) and told the cashier to cancel the ladys transaction. The cashier said she "cant cancel her order" and that "the lady will be back". I couldnt believe her. She would rather wait for that one lady rather than tend to us. We were upset and asked to speak to the manager. Luckily the manager told the cashier to cancel the ladys order, but she seemed hesitant. We proceeded and it was my turn to pay. I paid with cash, but unfortunately, the cashier didnt know how to count. She kept telling me it wasnt enough, so I counted the money RIGHT IN FRONT OF HER FACE. She counted it again and still wasnt sure it was enough!! She finally admitted it and gave me my receipt. I went to Customer Service to return an item and when I was done, the lady whose order had been cancelled finally came back with her ID to purchase her groceries. She was gone for 20 minutes. Did the cashier actually think we were going to wait that long?! It seems that Walmart hires really unintelligent and slow-working people. What a horrible shopping experience.

I live and have lived in this area for more than 10 yrs. There are never as far as i know, beggars and or prostitutes in the parking. They do have customer service issues. Which are teachable moments for management. They have no clue as to what brands are sold or carried in Walmart. Impromptu meetings by staff trying to look busy but really arent. They have a high turnover rate as far as staff is concerned. I personally shop at Kroger, Publix and Walmart. I wouldnt buy some things at Walmart. Then there are some things i only purchase at Walmart and this is due to price. I go to Walmart before CVS or Walgreens any day of the week when it comes to pharmaceuticals and toiletries. Ice cream; Walmart. Same ice cream (Bryers) cheapest at Walmart. Publix has the best fruit and veggies but be prepared to pay premium price for it. Publix 2 for 1 is the best. Name brand items; Real lemon juice (publix). Kroger is in between these two. Best when using kroger card and on sale. All less than a mile from each other. Again, NO prostitutes in this area. Roswell police also patrol very frequently.

Holy unprofessional! So for starters, I was in line at the money center for about an hour (which was odd, wasnt the 1st - 5th). The woman running the centers name was Lois. Lois is one of the most unprofessional people I think Ive ever come across. Also, the rudest. Long story short, I was picking up money (from my father), my middle and last name have changed from my birth name for obvious reasons, but he still likes to put my old last name on things to further show his dissaprovement. So, I bring my name change document from the state (its sealed & everything) with me to this location to pick up money, because last time I tried to use my old ID and I got it, but it didnt go too smoothly. Well, sweet Lois didnt even read the paper. She just started flailing it around screaming, "This just proves that youve had four years to change your name on your license, and you havent, this doesnt mean anything." False. If you could read, youd see that I have had it changed & thats the problem

Ordered Christmas Cards online and had them printed at this location. When my wife arrived to pick up cards they told her they ran out and didnt have any more envelopes that are suppose to come with photo cards. So a day later I go in to buy some envelopes for our cards (5x7) and these size envelopes dont even exist. So I pick out the closest size I could and when I go to check out there is one register/cashier open (the Tobacco line) and the self checkout lines which had two systems down out of six. There were at least 20 people waiting in line. Walmart is failing in customer service these days. The best they could do is remove half of the unused checkout lines they dont even use and replace them with more self-checkout. It takes one person to run 6-8 self checkout which is basically all they usually have up front anyways. Get it together.

Fui a imprimir unas fotos de mi celular y pedi asistencia y la persona de nombre casandra me dijo que tenia dolor de cabeza y me dijo que solo tenia que leer para seguir las instruciones. A lo cual yo le conteste que si yo supiera pues no le pediria ayuda. La verdad se portó muy mal. Yo iba a imprimir una cantidad minima de 100 fotos asi qie saquen la cuenta de lo que perdieron lor tener esa clase de personal.

I wish there was an option for zero stars. I hate this store. Worst customer service I have experienced. I rarely go to the store for this very reason. I have developed pictures here a few times and have had to seek out associates to help me every time and every time its the same story...takes forever to find photos, no one knows how to properly ring them up, department is a mess, etc. I have also tried the site to store for a few items. Of course no one was at the counter. I pushed the button for assistance and waited until it timed out and hit The button again, meanwhile 5 associated walked past me and failed to even acknowledge me or ask if I needed help. I finally called the store and asked to have someone sent to the department to help me...so frustrating. If u must go to Walmart, go to the windward location.

Went to buy a bike today needed help getting the bike I liked so I asked for help! they said OK will send you someone (bike specialist, i guess) to help. They did a PA.15 minutes passed no one showed up. I asked for help again, they did a PA, another 15 minutes passed no one showed up . Went to talk to the manager who was not in the store. A manager assistant talked to me and said she will send some one to help me .. another 10 minutes passed and no one showed up. 15 minutes drive to the store, 40 minutes wait in the store, 15 minutes driving back home for nothing .. Anyway why would Walmart or its employees care about customers they know we will always go back for the cheap prices... cheap prices cheap service.

I came in to get my tires replaced. I usually would go to National Tire and Battery, but their prices are higher. I guess the higher price wouldve been worth it. You pay for what you get. I decided to buy the tires online and pick them up same-day. Ive been waiting in the damn store for hours trying to talk to the employees who first, dont listen and refuse to talk and work with the customers. Then they tell me that I have to wait longer because the store must work and fill out information in order for me to continue. OVERALL DO NOT GO TO THIS WALMART TO GET YOUR CAR SERVICED. You WILL regret their service and youll wish you wouldve payed a little more somewhere else, but received WAY BETTER service.
