DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS GAMESTOP!!! ( Or any if this is how they treat customers) --- Bought a Refurbished PS3 and it kept freezing on games, I called The Gamestop where I purchased in Fort Wright, KY 31 days after purchase and there was nothing they could do for me, I asked to return it and go ahead and purchase a brand new one and I would pay the difference for a new one, after consulting a Supervisor I was told " unfortunately there was nothing they could do for me" so I went to Walmart right next door and purchased a brand new one for much less. When I was at Walmart they told me they get they get people like me in all the time that Gamestop has railroaded. The girl at Gamestop did say that I could call the general manager but I would get the same thing so I figured I would let everyone know how they really felt about us.

Good values, good items.... would have given 5 stars. Just had experience at one point as a regular shopper of this location, and was buying a new game system. Before the system was rang up, Assistant Manager asked "Are you sure you will still have enough to pay your bills?"......... ugh..... wishing that they would be able to keep their noses on their faces. And out of my life...

They were busy when we went in, a pretty long line. However the employees still did not have trouble making sure we got what we needed and in and out pretty quickly. This store always has knowledgeable staff working. Also got a great deal on a game my boyfriend had been eyeballing. Will definitely return to this store.

The staff are always extremely helpful. They are also patient. I accidentally showed up around closing because I wasnt paying attention to the time and they were very helpful.

I wish I could give zero stars. This place is an absolute ripoff. I traded four controlers and 6 games and recieced 12$. I wish murder was legal.
