I was in need of a car. As my current vehicle had broken down, I submitted an e-form the prior night and recieved a text message which said I should set up an appointment. So, I set up an appointment for the next day. I walked there the next day. Upon my arrival, we completed some information and I was first given a Kia to test drive. It was clean on the outside but not in great condition in the interior. the KIA also made some sounds and jerked as if it had tranmission issues. Needless to say, the KIA was a fail for me. I was then was offered a 2011 Chevy in excellent condition, which included manufactors bumper to bumper warranty to test drive, I instantly fell in Love. The approval process and time was very minimal. My saleslady Stephanie Bonds was very helpful and friendly. She even went extra steps offering me info on how to improve my credit which included an secured credit card. I left with dependable reliable transportation for my family and work. Plus information to place into action to improve my credit rating.

I just came into Rightway after having seen a nice Nissan for sale within my budget (5K). Just a little background info about myself, Im a new grad student (U of M) that just moved to area (orig from Columbus) and was looking for used car dealers within the area for a cheap and nice car. Unfortunately the people in their office were very friendly, but after they took a whole lot of information (SSN, income...) and after I waited for about 2 mins the lady at the desk told me they had none within that range. #1 I felt distrusted as a costumer, and that they wanted to hold on to anything to guarantee their own end of the stick. THATS NOT HOW YOU TREAT COSTUMERS, YOU WORK WITH THEM! #2 I clearly came in with a formal and serious tone, I wasnt looking to fools around or whatever these business are used to dealing with. #3 They have more than one Rightway around, you guys outdid yourselves by ruining it for all the rest!

Small selection of higher mileage vehicles. Staff will try to trick you to coming in after you have supplied all of your credit information by calling and telling you "Great News, Youre Approved!!" Only to find out when you get there it may not be what you were looking for. (I was looking for a pickup, they would only show me cars & smaller SUVs) Everyone there was fairly friendly, except dont expect to build any lasting relationship...They had thought that I was a different person 3 different times during the SAME hour visit. If you dont care about customer service, or having a large selection of vehicles to choose from and just want to get a car to try and rebuild your credit; this RightWay may be a good place for you. If you do value customer service & selection; stay far away!!

Im 19 years old with little to no credit and Nick N. got me into a 2013 Toyota with under 50,000 miles on it. He was the best and he helped through the whole process. I was very nervous and scared to buy a new car at such a young age. But they sat with mr and walked me through the process and told me what my options were. And so far Im pleased. There was some hold up with the Secretary of State and my new license plate but they informed me that if there was any issue with law enforcement they would take care of it and they are doing what is necessary to take of me until my new license plate comes. Great place for what I needed and my circumstances. Friendly people too. Would recommend!

Im highly upset I completed the online application and was asked several times to come in so they can get me in a car and they also needed my driver license I asked the lady if I could email or a copy because I didnt want to waste my time my gas driving here she sad no i had to come in ok fine at this point im excited thinking im about to get a reliable car i take the long drive got lost only to get there for them to tell me Im sorry we cant help you due to your credit well you ran my credit and preaproved me before I got here I didnt even need my license. complete waste of my time my gas Now I have to start over and try to find another car place so irritating.

Nick was awesome. He never promised anything he couldnt deliver. His one promise was that he would get me in a new car with my 626 credit score and $500 down. I thought he was lying the whole time and left feeling discouraged. The next day he called me and told me I have you car see you later. Still thinking it was a fluke I went down with the money and true to his word Nick had me a new car with a more than reasonable down payment and car note. He was not only professional but funny and relatable making it a really good experience. I would recommend him and Rightway 100 times over. Rightway is perfect for people trying to build or rebuild credit.

DO NOT buy a car from here. You will constantly have it in the repair shop and be stuck in a loan that you will never recover from. I am without a vehicle for years because the one sold to me cannot be repaired. YOU ARE BETTER OFF RENTING A CAR UNTIL YOU CAN BUY ONE FROM A REPUTABLE DEALER!!! These people are bottom-feeders and will stop at nothing...pure criminal! Check out car rental rates, it IS CHEAPER and MORE RELIABLE to rent until you can buy from people with a good reputation. I lost my job, and almost my home because of the lies told to me by these bottom-feeding scum.

Nick Novak is the best, he told me he would be able to help me out and he definitely did!!! Ive had a lot of dealerships tell me they can help me post bankrupty only to have my time wasted. Car shopping can be a frustrating process with all the buy here pay here lots that will sell you a crappy car if you have a discharged bankruptcy, but this dealership is a good one for sure! If youre trying to reestablish your credit Right Way can help you. Nick Novak and Kris VanNocker made sure they took care of me.

Some people are very busy in this busy world, I cant believe you cant do an online application and this company repeatedly called even though they didnt have a vehicle we were interested in. When I found time out of my day to come to your business your employees were rude and didnt have enough time to take the information while my wife was sitting with our child in the car. Ill be sure to call other finance companys Ive worked with for many years and let them know.
