I purchase a 2005 Fors Expedition from Sam in April 2016. I had to get my tag extended because Sam didnt and still dont have the title for the truck. When I called and told him the truck needs a full tune up and oil change his response was I put a warranty on transmission and engine for 3 months or 45,000 miles. At that time his partner in crime Joel road to the bank with me to get the money and he know something was wrong with the truck also. Of course he didnt have a mechanic at the shop. Before I could finish the deal with Go Financial Sam was calling getting on my nerves because I told them that the needed a full tune up and oil change. The representative stated the Success Auto Logistics was responsible for any concerns before the deal was completed. How can you sell a vehicle without the title? I applied for a title with my paperwork for the vehicle. Bad Business Sam.....Also I keep calling from my phone and they wont answer!!!

I purchase a vehicle from this business in December 2015 and was sold a car with many underlining problems. I called and spoke with the owner(SAM) and express my concerns, that was a waste of my time. He refuses to fix the car and to make the situation worse I havent received the title for a car that I paid in full. I have been dealing with this ongoing issue for almost 3 months now. I never had such bad service in my life. Success Auto Logistics do not deserve this one star. PLEASE learn from my mistake and run from this business.

Since i got my car it has been a headache. It took a grand amount of time for me to get my title. Because of that, i had to extend. Then after 3 months, my transmission went bad and power steering fluid began to leak. For this being my first car, they mislead me greatly.
