Signature Ford Service Department did me so wrong that I cant even find the words to say. I had a truck that was in need of repair, leaking oil and no heat. The truck did not run, so I entrusted, Signature ford to diagnois the problem. They came back with a bad coil and spark plug and said it needed a starter. Missfire on cylinder 4. they repaid the coil and spark plug and said it cleared all codes and they test drove it said it has lots of power. I told them the truck was leaking oil to please check and advise. they came back with it needed a new head gasket, oil level indicator, starter motor, tensioner, EGR valve, hose assembly, tube assembly a guide, tensioner- timing chain, chain -timing,arm timing chain tensioner, tensioner timing belt, thermostat assembly, air cleaner, bolts nuts studs, tension pulley, Oil was found to be leaking from the right RH cylinder head near the left rear corner oil leaking out and onto the starter. I said go ahead and make the repairs to the truck. From the day I took it in until the day I got it back was 1 and 1/2 months and I invested $4773.31 in the vehicle they assured me that the truck was ready for another 100,000 miles. when I received the vehile back one of the coil packs was zip tied to the engine, came back with a broken overhead intake manifold (which they did repair). Now 2 months after I get it back the truck is burning 4 quarts of oil every 3 weeks and when it was leaking oil before they fixed it the truck never leaked that much oil in an entire year!!!! they also lost a magnetic business sign from the side of my truck that still has not been replaced even through it was promised that it would be. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible Crooks!!!! I am not sure if the reason I was treated this way is because I am Hispanic. I didnt realize that this dealership was so desperate to make a dime....I still ened up with no heat!!! I took the truck to La Fountaine Ford which I would recommend to anyone, they fixed my heat!!!

I have purchased two vehicles from Signature Ford. Both transactions were smooth and hassle free, I wouldnt think of going anywhere else to purchase another Ford. They worked around my schedule and provided the flexibility that I needed to ensure that I got into the exact vehicle of my choice. Each department from sales to financing to service is willing to go to great lengths to see that the process flows seamlessly. Overall I feel like I got a fair deal from people that care - and after my very first transaction at the dealership felt like I met a whole new group of friends. I think they should be called the Signature Family instead of the Signature Group. One thing that I like in particular about Signature Ford is that everyone is fully available, and they make you feel comfortable to approach them. I have met the owner, general manager, used car manager, service manager, finance extraordinaire, etc. - they all make themselves easily accessible, which provides an amazing level of comfort when making a big purchase. In short, theyre a great group and I would not hesitate to refer them!

Although I did not purchase a vehicle from Signature Ford of Perry, I just wanted to write a review to show my experience with this dealer. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by sales rep Mike Shenk who immediately assisted me with the vehicle I was interested in. Mike discussed the vehicle with me and with some further conversation with his manager (?), I was able to test drive the vehicle to see if it was the right one for me. This is something that I was not able to do at another local Ford dealer so that is two thumbs up for Mike and this dealer. They treated me with courtesy and did not pressure me, understanding that if the car was a right fit, a deal was to be made. The car was not for me for my specific needs/desires, however if it was, I would have no hesitation with wanting to do business with Mike and Signature Ford of Perry.

Since working at Signature Ford of Perry I have genuinely learned that not all dealerships are created equal. Signature surely stands above the rest in customer satisfaction. I KNOW how good the Family who owns it treat their employees, it only makes sense that they treat their customers extremely well also. As a sales person, its wonderful to know I can always be completely honest with the customer, because thats what the staff WANTS here. Unlike other car dealerships I have worked for, they are honestly after your heart in the sale. If its not the car you want, if its not the price you can afford... we wont hesitate to stop and start all over again, and its not for any other reason than its simply the right way to do business, and its the best way to do customer service. I love working here, you will love buying here.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. I wont even get into the disappoint with the sales person because our nightmare is with the lady who is the head of the finance department. This dealership is incompetent to handle the most simple tasks and when you challenge them all they do is point the finger at other people. Once they got our money they were done with us. And to prove my point we purchased a vehicle over three months ago and still do not have our title. We have sent them the paperwork that they said they needed over and over. Again they blame others for not getting the paperwork. Now its the title company they are blaming. Over 20 calls to them with almost zero response and no closer to getting our title. We are now Calling every day. Stay clear this dealership.

Recently leased my first new car from Ryan of Signature Ford in Perry. I have to say I was blown away with the whole process. I never felt as though I was being forced into anything. He made sure that I got the exact vehicle I wanted. Being my first new car it was nice to have someone that would take the time to explain the entire process. Ryan and everyone that I dealt with were courteous, professional, and seemed to actually care about the entire car buying experience. I never once got the feeling that they were simply trying to "make a sale" like you get with most dealerships. I would highly recommend Signature Ford to anyone looking to purchase a new car.

I purchased an F-150 two summers ago from Angie and her team. I felt very comfortable and have always felt they were very trust worthy. Recently I had a major problem with my transmission and I felt it was worth towing to Signature even though there were closer dealerships to where I was at. I know I made the correct decision when Zack, the service manager, went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, was communicated with and in the end they were able to save me roughly $6,000 in repair through Ford Warranty. My next ford truck will be purchased at Signature Ford.

Signature Ford of Perry was by far one of the best experiences I have had in purchasing a new vehicle, and I have had many horrible experiences in the past with other dealers, sad to say. Jennifer made me feel very comfortable and respected as a women. I appreciated how they all went above and beyond to accommodate my special requests, needs, and crazy work schedule. I love my vehicle and I thoroughly enjoyed working with Jennifer and Signature Ford. I would highly recommend her to everyone.
