This has been the most horrible furniture purchase I have ever made. Both chairs that were delivered were damaged. The one had a broken arm that has taken over 3 months to fix. The other was taken away due to a large 4 inch gap in the back and I was called a week later and told that the chair would be delivered back to my house because quality control deemed it "fine." I had to wait another 2 months to get a different chair since I didnt want the defective one. When I called to say that I wasnt happy with the quality or service and I just wanted to return the chairs, I was told there would be a 30% restocking fee. Are you kidding me? And, dont even get me started on the pilling. The chairs are only months old and when I called about the pilling I was told that its not covered under warranty and that I should try and use a "sweater shaver" - REALLY?!? After waiting on hold for over an hour, another customer service representative told me that "all fabrics pill". If only I could post a picture of my $1600 chairs that are 3 months old. They look like they were picked up from someones garbage. Do yourself a favor and buy furniture from anywhere else.

Edit I spoke with the store manager Ashley and she was very patient, polite, and professional (after trying the other "managers"). She understood what I was saying and gave me a few things to try to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the suggestions didnt work, but she was understanding and completely resolved my issue. Tip: Go directly to her if you have an issue. She is great to work with. Do NOT buy from this store (Canton). Bought a $4000 couch and had it delivered. Within 1 hour it was broken and was delivered with a stain. They will not take it back. They will charge 30% restocking fee for something that is broken with a stain. This place is ridiculous. Dont do it. The customer service at Canton is completely terrible. Called corporate and all they will do is send a technician. I dont want a technician to "fix" a brand new 1 hour old couch. La-Z-Boy has changed since I was younger and dont stand by their products. You will regret your purchase. Ill never buy La-Z-Boy again.

I am so happy with my purchases from the Canton Lazboy store! The store is beautiful and the staff was super nice and helpful! I needed a large couch for my husband and the Collins was the perfect choice. The staff helped me pick a beautiful custom fabric and the quality is impeccable. Plus, it is made in the US! Then I wanted some thing small for myself and went back and they helped me pick the Leah twin sleeper in a stock fabric that was quite affordable on sale - and it is PERFECT. They even helped me tie it together with a clearance rug. I had a GREAT experience with this store and my furniture will obviously last for a very long time, it is so well made! Next I am going back for an oversized ottoman to match the sleeper :)

I purchased a new La-Z-Boy sofa bed to replace a La-Z-Boy sofa bed. I expected arm covers like the former one, but learn after I called after delivery that no, its $75 extra! If I want the old sofa bed removed from the room, its not included in the $100 delivery charge, I have to ask the deliverers if they will move it, and then pay them an discretionary amount. I had great difficulty arranging for delivery on the desired day of the week (when I am home).

The salesperson was very friendly and helpful and explained that they are not on commission and just there to make sure you find what you need. I was surprised though at the prices. Even on sale (30% off) the sofas and loveseats were almost twice as expensive as other places we had looked. Weve bought from La-Z-Boy Gallery before and I dont remember it being that expensive.

Place is joke. If you want to buy anything its can only be delivered. This means they charge you a delivery fee even if you can with your own truck. Went to another Lazy boy that day, said that was unheard of must be scaming to make the bill higher. Very happy at the next Lazy we stopped at!

I purchased a sofa, chair and pillows recently. I feel prices are too high however I like their quality. They do offer price matching within 30 days of your purchase. I was able to save a good amount of money when I found my items on Wayfair for a lower price, Lazy boy gave me a credit

Purchase two custom leather-ish recliners from them recently. Quality is excellent. Recliner styling is much nicer than what you probably remember your parents or grandparents having. Very pleased especially considering how not so well our nice Arhaus furniture hasnt held up...
