The store manager is a horrid woman.. I shopped the entire store for a jacket for my kids dad... Found 10 of the same jacket.. Everyone of them marked to just a little under 45.00. I took both jackets up to the register and had the one I wanted price checked. One casher said it was on sale the other said no it wasnt.. I had the manager called to the register to see if I could buy it at the sale price.. She was rude, robotic, Didnt smile, Didnt say sorry for the mistake her cashier made by saying it was on sale.. She wouldnt sell it to me for the sale price... I will never go back to this store and will tell everyone about the experience.. I am a mother of a disabled child and really didnt have the extra money.. It took me an hour to shop the entire jacket section. Then I was told it was on sale, then she said no.. The store was a wreck.. It was black Friday.. I put most of the items back because she was so rude.. Someone could have seriously hurt themselves in the store it had toys and merchandise all over the floor.. You stink store manager.....

I have been boycotting this place for years. Their return policy used to be horrible. When my sons band teacher sent me there for a tuxedo shirt I decided to set aside the fight to save myself some trouble. They have obviously seen the error of their ways. The return policy is better. Its a bulk discount store so youve got to expect that but I have hard to shop for tween boys. They have lots of great brands at great prices. My son got a really nice looking $35 suit. They have a tailor on site, who is the sweetest man by he way. We found everything we needed in one store which you know is unheard of if you have to shop for boys. I am now a fan!

horrible customer service! i was trying to check out there were three cashiers open. the lady in front of me was doing a return so it mite take awhile so i moved to another line, not knowing that it was one line only. an employee came up to me with an attitude and said one line only u need to move to the end of the line. i had only one item. i am a manager in a retail store and i would never treat my customers like that . u need a sign informing customers of one line. i left my one item in the middle of the floor and left i will never shop there again. im not saying i was rite but u treat the customer rite.

SCAM. I chose my clothes from the large sale section, where things the things I picked were marked down about 75% (from original price of about $15, marked to $3-4). I went to check out, and the total was about twice as much as I was expecting. I got home (about 2 hours away) and realized the cashier had peeled off the stickers with the marked down prices! So I payed full price for things I had specifically chosen for their sales. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION.

Great Prices on name brand items . Wide variety of merchandise. Friendly cashiers !however poorly organized and items very mixed up . Its more like thrift store shopping than Dept Store and I would highly recommend really inspecting your goods before leaving , for all buttons if zipper work etc . But you cant beat some of prices on name brands so I will continue to be an avid shopper here.

Bought two jackets for a trip. Drove forty five minutes home and while packing them noticed the big plastic tags still on both. Seems the sloppy cashier at this store didnt even bother to take them off. Now have a serious dilemma; jackets with plastic attached which cannot be removed without driving all the way back. BAD customer service to say the least.

This store is really messy. Shoes are on the ground, clothes also on the ground, and we do not really like buying stuff here. We barely even buy in Burlington because we do not even find good stuff. And it is really boring shopping here. The worst store ever.

Seem to be more concerned with themselves then with the customers. It might have something to do with the fact that I dont think that their company actually trust their employees. Other than that its a very large store and they have a lot of good deals.

The pricing is always the best thing about Burlington. While the selection varies, you can almost find something youll like, regardless of your size, taste or budget. Definitely worth the visit.

Got a really neat 2 piece suit for under $100. And it was a branded suit too.. was on a clearance sale.. but still a great place to buy clothes especially if they have it on a clearance sale..

Cashier was very pleasant but when she asked for help the other 2 employees were very rude and disrespectful towards her and customers. I did not end up purchasing anything thanks to that.
