I get a lot of recycled clothes — Goodwill, vintage, naked lady parties, etc. — but when I actually buy *new* clothes and shoes, I mostly get them at Switch. The really great thing about the store is that theyre not your everyday Nordstropology/J Cranana Retarget cookie cutter jeggings n Ts to make you look like a regular Sbux komrade. The clothes at Switch are different. Their brands arent the ones you find advertised in Vanity Fair— youll find new names you dont recognize, some great lines from local designers, and they even have shoes that are owner-designed, made just for Switch. I love them because I can mix their clothes with my own vintage things — a bolero-length Wooden Ships sweater is perfect with a skirt my gramdmother wore in the 1930s, grandmother wore in the 1930s, an Effies Heart cotton print dress goes with my 1960s blue suede belted jacket, the short green boots with the side-hooks&laces go with *everything* — and they create a look that you cant quite define, but it stands out. Some of my Switch combination outfits get complimented by strangers from San Francisco to Manhattan. They also have cool socks, mittens, handbags belts scarves and eye-catching earrings and necklaces. And super friendly, chatty employees who love to help you find exactly what you want. I ❤️ Switch!

Love the shoes. Hands down. I get the most compliments on my shoes from Switch. If you are not used to thinking outside of your shoe comfort box then go here. It will give you a whole new perspective on shoes. They are fun, funky, and comfortable. I have bought red boots, orange boots, red shoes, bags, headbands, etc., that I normally wouldnt have. Now I cant wait to finish off my outfit with my fabulous shoes. You will find unique shoes here that not everyone has. These are pricey so be ready. I cant help myself when I go in. But, I am never sorry. Rina one of the owners is sooo nice. They offer you tea and snacks and you can make yourself at home. I will be back again and again.

I have shopped at Switch three times in the past year and every time I go in I get excellent customer service. The staff is always willing to help me find my personal style for my physique. I love their unique styles, philosophy and care free environment. Im a woman in her 40s and shopping at Switch allows me to have fun with my personal style and not feel like I have to have the "perfect" body to feel beautiful. Some of their pieces can be pricey, but I always find pieces that work with my budget.
