I rated the store 2 stars because it was clean and a sales person did ask if I needed help (no). After all the hype on TV, I finally decided to pay a visit to the Marshalls that opened over a year ago. In my opinion the hype is just that, hype. Very disappointing, poor selection in the items I specifically looked at, handbags and ladies clothing. I found a bottle of Hempz Body Lotion on the skin care aisle. It had obviously been used, possibly as a tester so I asked the sales person if they had unused product that I could purchase. Reply was no but I could ask the manager for 10% off. I passed, I wouldnt purchase a bottle of lotion that had been used from anyone else why would I from Marshalls? My recommendation is dont waste your time. There is a Ross for Less across the parking lot with better prices.

This is probably one of the nicest "discount" stores in Vancouver. Merchandised and decorated well, and just as nice and clean as opening day. Good selection and great place to hunt for bargains. Able to find some deals to good to pass - everything from clothes to home decor, kitchen and bath items. Even deep discounts on pet items. Staff are friendly and smiling, and the checkout line moves quick.

So good. New watermelon breeze was a delicious sample. Got it with yogurt instead of the raspberry sherbet to lower the sugar. No upcharge. Very yummy.
