STAY AWAY!!! THEY LIE TO YOU AND HAVE TERRIBLE SERVICE! The Picture People in the mall are WAY BETTER!!! First we sat there for 2.5 hrs while the woman tried to use the computer, lost our order twice and obviously knew nothing. We decided to buy the almost $300 package that included an "Artist Sketch" drawing. Or so we were told. I specifically inquired and was told that "Yes, an artist takes your picture and draws you a sketch." I thought that was pretty neat and was THE REASON I bought the package. The place only had two (obviously new) associates working who knew nothing. This reeked of bad management. Finally we just gave up and left and said wed be back the next day whenever they figured out the computers. Came back the next day and met their "manager." I use the word lightly. Shes about a day older than 20 and has all the management skills of a teenager. I have no idea how she was hired. I hire and train managers for a large company and this woman would NOT have passed even the phone interview. She offered me a 20% discount and assured me the items including the "Artist Sketch" would be in by Thanksgiving. I ordered on 11/12 BTW. Fine I thought. The days come and went and we got a call the Friday before thanks giving letting us know the prints were ready and the "Sketch" would be in before Thanksgiving. We go get the pictures on thanksgiving eve, and no "Sketch." Nice, the whole reason I bought the package and no "Sketch." Great. I went back this evening, 12/9 to pick up the "Sketch." Turns out its NOT A SKETCH AT ALL!!!! They straight out lied to our faces. Its just a photoshopped version of your picture stuck in a cheap frame with no glass. And they sell these at $300 separately. What a damn joke. Ive dabbled in GFX work, and Ill tell you that it takes about 30 minutes to do what they did to that picture without any presaved macros (which Im sure they have) and I sell frames and that one was INCREDIBLY cheap. I wish I could post a picture of how cheap and shoddy it was. Didnt even have glass. I was so disgusted I didnt even take it, I just left it there. The young and extremely unqualified manager said "Sorry we cant refund all your money!" She offered to have the district manager call us. Im waiting on her. If that doesnt work I will dispute the charge with my CC company, report them to the BBB, stand outside their place of business to warn everyone and then when I get kicked out Ill happily stand outside in the freezing cold to help people not get ripped off. Im absolutely disgusted and sick with the service that we received at the Sears Portrait Studio in Sun Valley Mall.

bought a pair of shoes on the 7/22/15 I bought the wrong size so on tuesday 7/28/15 I went to return them and get my size and the receipt was not in the shoe box like I thought it would be. No worries I thought at most stores you dont need the receipt if you have the credit card you bought it with. Not at Sears Robert. who was called because the cashier couldnt find it 10 minutes later the manager couldt find it either mind this was not big bucks item it was 15 dollars so he said lets go to other register its not coming up on this.one Now its fifteen mins. Oh! and all the time while looking for it to come up. He was talking to other customer on the phone, never once did he ever had eye contact with me.Not only that there was three customers before me and two cashiers and the other cashier just left and didnt even look around to see if he could help out. I get better service ar KMart and the dollar stores. OH I love Macy! take customer service lessons from them. I plan to go back to see if it will come up.( as it they refer it.) cause I need the right size and of course Dam i cant find my receipt!! oh well that will teach me, not every store is up to date.I wouldnt bother with it if the shoes werent so cute and such a good deal. Deal or no deal i am done with Sears.

If I could give negative stars, I would. We had a service tech out to estimate repair on our dishwasher, which was unreasonable. We decided not to repair it and the tech gave us a coupon towards the purchase of an appliance at the Sears store. When attempting to redeem that coupon, they would not honor it saying that we were asking for a "price match" from their online presence that it nullified the coupon (although the coupon did not say that). The regular price of the dishwasher in the store was higher than the online price, but the same price if you used your "Sears" card. We were charged shipping in error than given a "Sears gift card". When attempting to escalate the situation through the service department - 3 phone calls, long holds, offshore customer service - I was disconnected 3 time when asking for either a supervisor or a representative in the US. Sears-NO-MORE is my motto.

Sears has the worst service center I have ever encountered. Sears will try to avoid blame for a totally incompetent group by telling me it contract for the service, but it is still Sears responsibility. Recently took two tries and seven months to get normal repairs completed on a chain saw. For that matter, havent tried the saw yet, so maybe the journey isnt over! The center never made the repairs the first time, yet sent it back to the store for pickup. They didnt return calls or make promised call-backs, were disingenuous about what was going on, never even called to let me know the saw was ready for pick-up, until a week or more after I had contacted the store to find out it was ready, and had picked it up. I wont say I will never shop at Sears again, but I will say I wont ever purchase another item that might need to be sent to Sears service center for maintenance or repair work.

Refridgerator Salesman was excellent, no pressure, wasnt annoying, answered questions. But...delivery and install? We paid 30 dollars extra for next day delivery and installation. They were late, they didnt install. Left refridgerator in our house by front door and left. We paid 15 dollars for the removal of our old refridgerator, it was not removed. Delivery and installation cost 70 dollars. Another 15 dollars for a new water hose because sears wouldnt install any other way. No new hose. In fact the the delivery person said he had not seen anything like that and said he refused to install? He didnt come equipped with tools to install. Called sears and they said they couldnt get someone to come back out for another 3 days...for a job that wasnt done at all the first time??? Just awful.

Should be negative stars, I swear Ive never been to a worse store, IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. I fin myself wanting to apologize to the employees if I have a question. And on the other hand if I wander around looking for what I need or want. Then loss prevention follows me, even went so far as to SURROUND my car aND I had NOT even been in there that day..
