I just had the most awful shopping experience at this store that it makes me NEVER want to shop at a Target again! I am a respectable strict mother of four and for the first time ever my 3 year old had an immense meltdown while I was in line. God bless the mother who let me get in line before her. As I was waiting for the clerk to finish ringing up the customer before me a lady behind me violently yelled "shut up" to my daughter and cursed. The customers behind me immediately jumped in to defend me and asked the mentally insane woman to be quiet. Well to cut the story short. A Target associate kindly took the hysterical woman to the next register and rang her up. While I was patiently managing a screaming toddler waiting to be helped, this is absolutely ridiculous. Excellent customer service/Quality management for TARGET has absolutely failed me. Instead of calling the police and taking me to the next register they decided to ignore what had happened. I couldnt contain my frustration to see that the crazy lady left before me so I left my items at the checkout and fled. TARGET has let me down and I will never shop there again. This happened today 1/19/17 betweeen 9-930am. I am greatful for all who helped defend my 3 year old daughter and I. Especially the kind hearted women with beautiful angel eyes who let me get in line before her.

Horrible customer service, gave them two chances and they totally messed up both times. First time wanted to buy a TV that was on sale, there was a floor model but the guy told me they dont have it and checked and there was no inventory anywhere nearby, I checked online and there were 3 at another Target in the same city. Talk to customer service to try to hold it for me and they say they dont sell this model, I was like WTF? Useless, I went to the other Target after a while, luckily it was still there. Second time I went online and they said the curling iron I need is available here, one left, so I quickly bought it online for pick up, I get there, same customer service guy. After a while he came back with the wrong item, I said this isnt it, not the same item, but all he could say was its the same type of iron. I checked the one he was giving me was cheaper than the one I ordered, I was pissed, I wanted my iron, all he could offer was the cancel my item. Dont even go here, better off at the other Targets nearby, further but less frustrations.

Dont think I will shop at Target again. Went in the store to price match something and the manager (Rose) first gave excuse that they dont price match to the Staples yet (will in Oct). But then, she changed it to "you gotta bring in a physical ad". Seems like she didnt even want me to buy the item. Fine, just say that and dont lie to your customers and change the rules Also, tried to purchase an iphone and the employee didnt seem interested to sell me this item. Very unknowledgeable about how ordering phones worked. I can buy a phone from Apple online and get it a month later no problem, yet Target cant do this? Cmon. Next time, I wont bother doing shopping in-store. Rather just shop online and not have to deal with people like these.

I have shopped at many different target stores but after being followed around while shopping by staff .I encountered a gent pushing an empty stroller just so happen to end up on ea ch aisle and area of the store that i would happen to be in...I went through the self checkout and the attendant made a obvious b-line to me and stood behind me until i finished and paid for my items and then he relieved himself of his obvious profiling.I found it amusing that the extent of the profiling because i walked in and was a black man....I have never and will never return to that store...

I live right near this Target so I definitely visit this target all the time. Its one of the better Target Ive been to and thankfully its right next to me. The customer service for the most part is really nice and everything is organized and neat! Parking is abundant and really easy to find! I havent seen any shift people around here or hanging out so this place seems safe. The best part there is a Starbucks right inside just in case you get super lazy and dont want to go to the one that is literally across the street

Love shopping in stores that are clean and organized. Rotation of food products, (older products in front and newer in back). Clothing racks are size and no empty racks so it looks like as soon as a garment e.ters the shipping area it is check and is out on the sales floor for customers to purchase. Clean eating and bathroom areas. All of these thing that some people may overlook are important aspects of a company. It shows that the company cares about their customers and wants the custo.er to return.

Good place to shop all the necessary things in life... home, garden, office , baby, pharmacy, good deals always with something to check out and great place. Especially this particular location is great compared to the Fremont target and clean and neat. I highly recommend this place and staff is friendly in answering all the questions and re routing to right aisle for the product we are looking for

This store looks good from outside.The parking is huge. The is well maintained. This will have all the item. fresh vegetables,Kids items,Home improvement, etc. Inside the store you find starbucks and cafe. One good thing is it has the pharmacy inside the store. I usually came to here for the kids pharmacy,kids food,.But today when i went in the store looks kind of messy. But to some sale today .

I was pleasantly surprised by this Target. I ended up here by accident and would return if it were closer to home. If Im in the area I will of course not hesitate to stop in. It seems to be less crowded than my neighborhood store. Found things easily and the check out lines were short.

"Not my problem or job" attitude from Will (acting manager) on the phone today. He didnt seem remotely interested in dealing with my issue. Seems to me hed want to save his employer money and resources. Not what Id call a responsible and positive representative of the Target brand.

Well organized and usually pretty good parking. Its not too hard to find things in this store either, which is top priority. The employees are always helpful, as is usually my experience with Target though. Also, at this Target theres never a long line at Customer Service.

Fast service OK but out of stock of items. I was wanted a icey machine to make snowcones like the one I bought there last year but they didnt have any. I waited 15min.for the stock boy to come back to inform me if any was in the back but he never came back!!!

Two stars because of the prices being through the roof, but on the other hand we arrived and the parking lot was full. We expected the store to be crowded and I dont know how they have it set up but it wasnt crowded inside at all.

I like this location, there is a brand new Starbucks at this location and it is very well stocked. I also enjoy the sales associates, the checkers are always talkative and welcoming and the floor team is always eager to help.
