Half the time when you go into Walmart youre either looking for what you need and cant find it its either damaged so they dont have it on the Shelf you have some rude and very very disrespectful cashiers at time you have a security guard that thing shes gone and had to check your paper even though she sees that you went to a teller which is not right because by law unless dated and shown on the door that security would check your receipt and as to Mark what you purchase and they dont have a sign indicating but more importantly to get in and get out its always so overcrowded and not enough people working there to help and its its the customer its getting to the point where its annoying and if you bring back an item and you have your receipt in hand they always seem to make it look like while you need 50 IDs to get it returns or read reordered or whatever it may be apart from that policies on the store if something is played in the wrong order it should be given to the person purchasing it because its not the part that its not the customers fault your employee Docket in the wrong area and they should get it for the price they seen it at not the price you stay it is if your Stockard are putting it in the wrong area just my opinion other people need to read and see on your workers need to be more attentive and especially when youre asking them a question if they dont know have them direct the customer to someone who got no not brush them off and keep on walking inside I cant help you I cant help you that it happened so many Chan time in the past few months to me my daughter and other customers that have been with me or in front of me and especially if they drop something on your foot there should be liable for whatever they dropped on your foot but a lot of your or how would I say that a lot of your cashier that are not from our country are very rude need to be disciplined because other people that come in there they treat them with respect and greet them and talk in their language which seemed rude because I turn and look at the customer that behind them as if theyre talking about them I find it rude and insulting and you have more employees that are not Caucasian Hispanic black that are all either East Indian and theyre still welcomed in your store but one Annette native Indian comes in there or Hispanic or black were not treated the same thats not fair I think that they should close all Walmart and make a different store that supplies the same thing that you do thats my opinion I rate you low because its hard for anybody to take and get a refund back from you apart from that you asking 20 Questions apart from that lot of your employees are so rude they wont move when youre trying to get through because theyre talking sorry if you want to customer to purchase something they need to get out of the way Walmart in Yuba city is the worst place when welfare they can never have what you need on the show they should have it constantly just an opinion but Im sure others have the same view

We like walmart bc its cheap, and find ourselves there about 3 times a week. Open all the time and have almost everything you need. The employees are usually terrible. Seriously - just about the worst you can find. It seems like theres only a few good employees there. Most have a bad attitude and show that they dont deserve a job. Heres a tip for you guys that work at Wal-Mart and have a bad attitude - you will never be happy working anywhere, so you might as well do your best at your current job. This will actually help you be an employee that companies want to keep, and will help you be desired at future places of employment

I like to come here because this Walmart is much bigger than the Walmart in Oroville and has more products and a bigger variety to choose from. I can also order eyeglasses here and their prices are excellent. When I need help I just ask an employee and they either point out where the product is that I need or they will actually go from one end of the store to the other to show me exactly where it is. If they dont know then they will guide me to someone who can help me. I understand the new Oroville Walmart is due to open in April 2017. Thank you all Mart that will save me a lot of gas money!!!

The only good thing I have to say is, The employees are friendly. Other than that, theyre always out of products because the person doing the reordering really sucks at their job, You feel like youre in the welfare department because theres always screaming kids running around and their parents suck at parenting and the store is always a mess because of it. Their pharmacy is terrible about filling prescriptions, they change the price of them whenever they want and they NEVER have enough cashiers open so you stand in line forever waiting to get checked out!

If I could give zero stars I would. My 1year old grandson had surgery This morning and had pain medicine faxed to Walmart at 10:30. They refused to fill it. The pharmacists questioned the charge nurse at the hospital and the dr that prescribed it. It is now 4:30 and they still will not fill it or transfer it. The baby is at home crying in pain for hours , we were told they didnt have time to deal with this because they have other customers. This is horrible..save yourself the heartache and go sonewhere else!

Horrible experience. Rose the cashier was so rude. I was using lots of coupons that was legit and she mumbled under her breath "disgusting". She even tried to tell me I couldnt do it. Sure enough after she rang it all up AND it did work for all my items, she condescendingly said "thank you" with tight lips. Wow, never have I ever had anyone treat me this way. And they let her work here? Worse costumer service ever in my life. I would rather pay a little more and go somewhere else next time because of her.

Its integrated super store. You find everything from loaf of fresh, produce, food products to cloths, jewelry and electronics. Also, detergents and gardening essentials as well as car, fishing and sports equipments. In addition their pharmacy and OCT medicines are in accessible in the same place. You dont need to go somewhere else for shopping and refill your medicines. The quality is good and at reasonable prices.

It was one of the worst experience Ive ever had in my life we are racially profiled followed in the store disrespected in the store I didnt even want to spend my money in the store who are the only African Americans in the store and they were peeking over shelves and around the corner at us security followed us the whole time we were in the store I will never shop at the Yuba City Walmart again in my life

This store is absolute garbage. Everything is crammed in to a small area, usually the aisles, to the point its a maze to navigate. Customer service is the worst Ive ever dealt with. Electronics section is a joke. Good luck getting help with anything. Employees act like youre putting them out by making them do their job. Save the headache and go to the walmart on North beale instead.
