Before I begin my explanation of the reason for the rating I gave, I would like to mention the one positive and praiseworthy section of this location, and that is the food service department which is excellent! I cant say enough about how friendly, courteous, and professional the staff (all of them) are whenever I have been a customer there. If it were possible to give this Target store a "negative star" rating, then Id have done so. I have never felt so disappointed and insulted as a customer as I have every time Ive shopped at this location with the exception of the Target @ Century Plaza Shopping Center, but for a different reason altogether. I will not shop here again because of how consistent they are with causing me to feel like I am about to describe in this review. I am not a thief, ever. Not just because Im being followed around the store. I HAVE ALWAYS had money to purchase the items I intended to get, and in the rare occurrence when I was just a little bit short, I left the items at the register with the cashier.

this is 4 the starbucks. there is an employee that was rude to me like i order the wrong drink that she didnt want to make.and she also looked like she wasnt all there. i was looking at her to see if i know her u know antioch and brentwood is like a small world. and i do her name is shelby. i dont know her about i have been around her to know whats going on. she steals from people, robes familys, and getting people todo drugs. i seen her partys and seen her walk to the field across park and ride to get drugs . come back out while iam still waiting on the bus!. she got fired from the starbucks by DVHS idk y. but i have seen her! and its ante a good pic!.. i wouldnt want her to make my drink!.. no diss but damn!!

Bad, An employee at Target Lone Tree Way, Antioch CA, discriminated my mother very loud infront of many customers, when my mother asked for help she told her that she doesnt help hispanic customers and she told another employee hispanic that she can help my mother cause she speaks little english too, discriminating a coworker too. Her name is Rengina. I never experience sooo discriminatory action.

This Target is an average Target. Starting to look old and run down Pros: Its usually stocked They just put in a Starbucks, if you like that coffee Has a small market section Cons: Lines are long Perpetually messy Its hard to find help if needed You can probably find most electronics/bigger items cheaper online

Ive been shopping here for years but the customer service and management has gone downhill over the past year or so. Theyre rude, not willing to help and make up their own policies. Wont be going to this location anymore!! Customer service is 10x better in Pittsburg!!

Target is the place to go FOR EVERYTHING. Clothes, Toys, Food, Home things, and more! I love target we go there every week! The employees are nice!! And bathrooms are clean! Great store to go to and one of my top favorites!

Other customers are extremely rude. Employees dont pay attention to anyone. I have gone for the past three weeks looking for a package of white tees for my son and they have only had one,package of 4t. No other sizes.

Good Target, but they need more cashiers & more merchandise. They run out of stuff a lot. There are so many families in the area that they dont have enough supply for everyone. Its kind of sad.
