Did not have my size for 2nd item, no one to help me on lower floor. Went upstairs to make my purchase. Clerk did not have authority to honor posted sale price. They required her to call TWO supervisors which caused my check out time to be 10 minutes. Sears-you need to empower your clerks to make best decisions for your customers! Clerk was very nice but I did not like my shopping experience due to poor management.

Most of the workers are kind of lazy, not friendly. There arent enough emoloyees. I do not like walking all over looking for someone. The tall young man at pick up was very nice and helpful. The only reason I go there for things is because I have a sears card from years ago and I cant afford to pay cash when something breaks or needs replacing. I remember when sears roebuck was a big deal. Not so much anymore

Even though this place isnt what it used to be, customer service still is nice. We were quickly approached by a store associate and helped in a very inviting manner. We were looking for a vacuum and the one we wanted wasnt on the floor. Associate offered to give us the next higher model for the lower price of the one we wanted. We were in and out in minutes!

never buy appliances from sears. the delivery dates were never accurate. they will tell you one day and then always change the delivery date. got my appliances 2 weeks later from the delivery day. Im very unhappy with them.

Very poor service overall. I waited hours only to leave and return to my automobile sitting on the lift still not complete, while the service kid was texting and standing next to my car.

Walk in to a store with no character or appeal. Nobody smiles are says hello. Everyone seems unhappy. Not a place Ill be shop at any time soon
