Worst experience at Walmart to date. Management would not listen actually listen to what I was saying. Bought a propane tank without having an empty exchange in Reno, NV. I now have an empty tank to exchange. Normally I go in with receipt and they refund the tank without exchange and charge for a tank with exchange. Essentially refunding the "core" change for the empty tank. The customer service manager was not understanding. I became frustrated when trying to explain the simplicity of the transaction. I asked to speak to his manager. The assist store mgr, Marie came up. She continuously talked over me and kept saying its against policy. I dont think she even knew what I was trying to do. I ask for her regional mgr phone number. She refused to give me his name or number. Said I can call 800-Walmart. So I did. Sat on hold for 25 minutes. Had the store manager final come up. Reexplained the situation. He said they could do the transaction but would have to put it on a gift card. Not back on my credit card. I have the receipt in hand. I kept getting told its a different propane company. They wont accept the empty tank... Ive never heard of the exchange being a brand specific exchange. A 15lb propane tank is a standardized build, and universal fit. Worst part of all this is just the principal of it. I will be avoiding walmarts going forward as much as possible.

This Walmart has horrendous customer service, as others have mentioned. Those who shadow the cashiers seem outrageously ignorant of and careless about handling the purchased items of customers. I had placed half of my items on their machine to get them checked out when the cashier came over and said she was closed because her light was off. There was no sign that the lane was closed, and the person who was shadowing said nothing to me while I was placing my items. I returned them to my cart, and went to another cashier. The personnel are horrible, the manager must be idiotic, and the CEO an incompetent clown. By the way, some of the worst products made in China are sold in Walmart stores. So, do not expect to see any consistency in the level of quality, and keep in mind that you are dealing with personnel who appear to despise you; this is true of most of the Walmarts at which I have shopped. Atrocious manager and CEO.

Normally this place is great, but today, manager, Alejandro gets no stars. Its 9pm, sign at customer service says it doesnt close until 10. He walks out of the office and ignore us, in line for the counter. Then when we get his attention, he keeps walking while mumbling, "sorry, customer service is closed". On the way back I brought to his attention that the sign says it closes at 10....and instead of stopping and apologizing or offering to do my return, he mumbles again, as he keeps walking, " unfortunately, we dont have the staff for it." Wow.....walmart, I know ur not Target, but all i ask is that u do what ur signs say, dont be a douche Alejandro, ur customers r still human beings who need service. If you cant back it , get out the industry buddy.

Its Walmart. The one and only great thing about this one is that its open 24 hours a day. Customer service is a hit or miss here. The worst service I consistently receive in the entire store is in the Customer Service Center, as the employees seem as if they hate you and/or life itself. Theres always a long wait no matter how many people are in line, and they never open up more than one register at a time. Often times I see managers walk by, walk behind the counter, blankly stare at all the people in line as if they were invisible or just blatantly act like theyre not there at all, and then walk away without ever taking the initiative to help their one miserable coworker get the line down.

Ive had to visit this store a few times and have also had to call it. Horrible! No customer service whatsoever and no one willing to help with anything. They lost my photo order and when I called placed me on hold about 10 times, with a different person coming on the line every 5 minutes or so to ask who I was holding for. The one time they did have my order they couldnt find anyone for the photo desk so I had to wait in electronics. I stood in a long line and then was asked to step aside while they waited on the 10 people behind me before they would help me. Wow. The store is a mess and people are rude.

I went to the back of store I had to ask the girls at cash register where would I find the SD card for your phone but the other guy show where theyre he went to rack to show where they at he said its supposed to be lock on the rack he pull one off and no lock. But I was buying one he thought I was about steal one I bought one I gave the girl cash of $20.00 she open the cash register but no cash in the drawer I had to wait to get my change back from the lady was bring it back from the front store.

This is the worst Walmart I have ever been to. I called in asking for a DisplayPort cable and they said they had them in stock. I even asked the associate to double check that the cable she had found was indeed DisplayPort. Drove 12 miles to the Walmart. They only carried HDMI cables. She didnt even listen to me on the phone apparently. Absolutely terrible service and the Electronics department employees dont know the difference between a TV and a computer monitor.

We came here to do some back to school shopping and had more luck for cheaper deals than target, staples, and office max. We found almost everything we were looking for and it was all cheaper. They had a large selection for all of our needs (were all in various stages of education between high school to juniors in college) We dont need the crayons or scented markers anymore but we were still able to get enough supplies and not spend all of our student aide money.

Its got a great menu, with very different food choices available for the people who are interested.... Buffalo, ostrich, and of course beef. I personally enjoy the deep fried (tempura type) variety platter with mushrooms, zucchini, and onion rings, with ranch dressing for dipping into. As well as a blackberry, raspberry fresh fruit milkshake thats to die for!! Ive been eating here since its original name.... Murder Burger!!

I bought Far cry 4 here on 03/07/15. The following day I noticed that the case was empty. I took it back to the store and was told that they dont have it in stock. When I requested store credit, I was told no and that I shouldnt have bought it if it was empty. Every videogame in there is behind a locked case except PC games. PROTECT YOUR SOFTWARE WALMART. If 0 stars was an option, thats what it would get.

Super clean and 24-hours service (obviously, not everything). The weird about this store is they close cosmetic and electronics and especially they have blockers in front of these either departments whereas at west sac. store they dont have any policy like that after 10 pm. Overall, it was way far from where I live (20 miles) but it was worth a shot! Have a great day.
