I took my daughters laptop in for repair, I needed the motherboard changed in it. I supplied the motherboard as well as the computer screws. He had it changed within an hour but I couldnt get back over there to pick it up until a week later. I picked it up, whilst at the shop is had him plug it up to see if it was working correctly. We plugged it in and it would not power on. The shop owner proceeded to charge me 100.00 for doing the work. I would have still charged, but not 100.00. Maybe half or even a third of that since it wasnt working and I paid for all of the parts out of my pocket. It just struck me as being greedy or perhaps even dishonest. Needless to say, I will not be using them for repairs ever again. I wouldnt have given any stars but I had to give at least one to write a review. Shameful.

Ive been a couple of times. The first was to buy a DVI-VGA adapter, which is somewhat obscure. It took a few minutes to find, but they had one. This saved me the time it wouldve taken to wait for one from an online vendor. The second time was to buy a PSU, which they also had. Great little shop.

LoL! You give pc techs a bad name. Over priced, bad & slow service. Use ReZtech or ANYONE else.
