Darrell Hein came to my house and sat down, explaining everything he was going to do before he did it and then performed his magic, completely wiping my computer clean of all of the viruses and other junk that I had accumulated over the years since it was purchased. I stay away from bad websites and such trying to avoid those areas that would cause me problems. But darrell pointed out how hard it was to stay away from them even if you do normal surfing on the web. A reasonable charge was levied for his services and I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. I will be calling Darrell to come out once a year just to perform maintenance on my computer and be sure that I have the fastest, cleanest pussycat around. I have had the pleasure of working with Bold Computer Repair for over a year now. I got rid of an old computer and replaced it with a new one soon and they set up my new computer by cleaning out the "junk" which the manufacturer usually installs. Then, we recently purchased a laptop for my daughter and had the same treatment (which I highly recommend) done to her laptop. They are on time, superb in their work and recommendations, plus their prices are reasonable compared to other firms I have dealt with. I have complete faith in Bold Computer and as I always say to them, I hope I dont see you any time soon. They do such great work on my computers that I rarely do need to see them.

Congratulations on finding a way to grow while preserving your quality of service. Simply wonderful service. First they jailbroke my iPhone without any problems and told me all of the nifty apps to get. After that I had them set up a better wireless router at my office with a network drive. They got it all done quickly and to my complete satisfaction.
