They were friendly and nice but ultimately caused a lot of hassle. I brought my LG G3 in after I cracked the glass. They replaced it but there was suddenly a weird pressure spot on the screen where something was not laying flat behind it. They ordered another screen and fixed it, but after a few days the screen started having a bunch of pixels turn black and bleeding under the glass. The glass felt wobbly and light leaked through the edges. They replaced it again and again but never really fixed it. I think they replaced the screen about 5x total. I eventually gave up because I was tired of not having a reliable functioning phone for weeks on end and I bought a new phone.
