Simple experience: travelling and forgot a cable to charge my cell phone with. Checked the neighboring Walgreens and Verizon store in the same complex: standard stuff: cheap and yet ridiculously overpriced. Happened to walk by the sign for this store and walked in: packaged no name cables for $3 compared to the same stuff in ridiculous packaging at Walgreens/Verizon for $23. Accepted a credit card and was in and out within 5 minutes. Kudos for a fairly priced accessories store.

Was told my computer would be ready in 3-5 business days. It has now been over 30 days and they still have it. Bad customer service. Failed to properly collect information. Made no effort for further contact after the first effort failed. Didnt keep the online status updated for progress. Next time Im headed directly to the Apple store.
