I recently called A Better Computer Co. to see if they had any laptop DVD drives for sale. Without hesitation, the person on the other end, rather than answering my question, proceeded to give me a 2 minute lesson, essentially telling me it was a dumb question. I dont feel I deserved to be talked down to - I just asked if they had one. I called CompuXParts shortly after, and they were able to supply me with the needed drive, while maintaining a friendly disposition at the same time. I prefer a computer store that is humble and caring, as opposed to arrogant and rude. Thank you for your time.

I had taken my all in one computer to Geek Squad to see what the issue was and what I could be done to salvage my data off of my computer. I was told that it could be done but would cost 200$ to just transfer my data. Then I was told that my hard drive was bad and nothing could be done to save the pictures for me. Took the hard drive into the store and these gentlemen had all my data transferred onto a thumb drive in about two hours, at the best price in town. Thank you so much for helping me save those photos of my kids it really means the world to me!

Honest!!!! My laptop needed the backlight replaced. I called alot of companies, including Circuit City, Office Depot, etc. They said my computer couldnt get fixed. I truly thought I would have to buy a new computer for college. Rocky saved my family from having to sell something in order to get me a functioning computer. I wouldnt hesitate to contact him first....save your money for college and get honest, trustworthy service. Very knowledgeable! Hey College Students this is who you need to contact first! About 4 maybe 5 years ago I had a desk top tower built for my school aged kids to use. It works great...although an upgrade is required. I plan on using A Better Computer to do it. Recently, I had an issue with my laptop battery not charging. I took it to A Better Computer to have it checked out. They did all kinds of diagnostics. They were very thorough. I wouldnt go anywhere else. You have a customer for life!
