Ahh! Im so bummed. A week ago I got my phone fixed here. I ended up noticing a day later that the phone was lagging, and when I type the texting keypad doesnt push the correct buttons. When compared with a actual iPhone screen from Apple my replaced phone wasnt as bright, the colors were more gray. A dysfunctional screen. At first I wasnt upset because I know that they have a a six-month back warranty on the screens. A day later I broke the screen when I dropped it. One slice through the middle. (I even had the 15 dollar glass protector) and the phone UNDER the screen broke. Not the protector. The phone. Weird right? Long story short I bring it in to get replaced and the girl at the counter admits that its lagging & there have been issues with 7plus batch. She asks the manager if she can replace it, he says no. Due to the crack. Bottom line I dont care about the crack. I care that my phone is lagging and I cant text. I care that I have to use Siri to type things out.I guess that I understand where theyre coming from, if I was lying and if there wasnt an actual lagging issue. But there is a lagging issue, and my phone is under warranty. I thought that they were great at first, great customer service at first. But this is a really terrible experience as a customer. I came in because my screen was broken, and now I am leaving with a broken screen, and a color display problem, and an iPhone that isnt collaborated. I could be overreacting but you be the judge. 150 bucks down...

Just finished working with Logan at the Janitell store, and he is wonderful. Weve been in to see him 3 days in a row, and hes still smiling! Hes very patient and explains things to non-tech savvy people like us very well. My husband upgraded some software and found that it wouldnt work with snow leopard. We hadnt done anything to our macbook pros since we bought them, and they were having problems in general. Logan was great about checking things out and offering solutions that were very reasonable. We actually decided to go with solid state drives because we haul our computers around a lot, and our computers are lots faster now. Dropped them off and they were both finished the next day. And Logan helped us with a few problems we had resulting from the new operating system and our very old software, and our unknowledgeable selves. Were very pleased and would highly recommend Mac Corner. As a side note, our son had work done on his macbook last fall at Mac Corner, and they were very helpful to him as well - he does a lot of work in the field so his computer had some rough handling. For a reasonable cost they got his macbook fixed up for what he needed. They seem to be all about fixing your machine for you, rather than selling you something you might not need. We definitely prefer Mac Corner to a trip to the Genius Bar. Great people.

I took my computer in here to see if they could fix and just got the run around. First it was just a cleaning, then it was one replaced part, then I called back and another part, then I called them almost a week later to find out they wanted to replace 2 more parts. Then when I finally was given the ok to pick up ( after I called several times) I went to pick it up and it was making a new noise. I was then told I needed to replace more parts......... really? I did pay for a cleaning so I dont understand why "some stuff may have gotten into the fan" If it was getting cleaned. I also was told that if they had to replace parts that I would not be charged for the cleaning........ but I was. I was also quoted one price on the phone and then another price when I called back to check on the computer. In the end I wouldnt trust this place, they seem like they are just trying to drive a price up and then if you dont go along give you work that is half done. I was never sent and Invoice like I asked and had to ask for my receipt when I was picking up. So many things just seem off when talking to any of the workers…… and if I asked a question they went and found another person who went to find another person. I never got a straight answer and charged a lot of money. I wish them the best but I also hope they improve business practices.

These guys were good to work with initially. After purchasing a hard drive from them, I found the same drive for $100 less, so I was going to return it. I called, asked how long I had (on two different days) and BOTH sales people told me that I had 90 days, so I didnt sweat returning it until I was in the area. Well when I was getting ready to head to that side of town I looked at the receipt and it said 14 days...which had passed because 2 different employees told me SPECIFICALLY that I had 90 days. Now, initially I posted a bad review, because I had a bad experience, HOWEVER, the next day, the store owner heard about the situation and called me personally to straighten things out. He was EXTREMELY professional, EXTREMELY helpful, and offered to make it right at no cost to me. As a business owner myself, I understand that customer service is ESSENTIAL to success, and so does the owner of The Mac Corner. You have won a loyal customer!

Excellent customer service in the face of adversity! I brought my iPhone 6 with cracked glass to them for repair on a Friday afternoon. In 30 minutes the young man at the counter had verified the devices integrity, determined that a screen replacement would work, and performed the swap, hooray! Unfortunately the new display exhibited a disturbing issue beginning within 24 hours of not responding to touch input for random intervals, and proceeded to get worse through the weekend. On Monday I called to see what could be done, and then headed in to the shop to get my warranty service. I got no static or any attempt to deny the claim, a quick debugging session with the same staff member confirmed the intermittent touch issue, and a replacement was underway shortly. In the same relatively short time, the phone had been once more repaired, and this time it was fully functional! Good listening, excellent attitudes and quality workmanship.

The Mac Corner saved me $97. I dropped my iPhone 6 on tiled floor and the screen cracked severely. I went by my mobile phone provider, thinking that the insurance I pay for monthly would cover the cost (at least partially) for the repair. They gave me a card to call someone else at a different store (and I went to the corporate store thinking they could handle my situation), and explained to me they needed to send my phone out for repair which will take about 10 days, theyd overnight another phone to me, and the whole shabang would cost $200...not including tax. I called another place, they charged $139 and said it would take 45 minutes. Finally came across The Mac Corner. Fantastic service, only cost me $103 with a military discount and taxes included...and a 6 month warranty included, and it took about 20-30 minutes from the time I hit the door. Couldnt be anymore satisfied. Great job and many thanks Mac Corner!
