I like shopping here, i like their monthly flyers, why did i only give them 2 stars? The lines to check/get out are always rediculous. What about all the people only grabbing a couple things? Why do they not have an "express lane" or 2? All the costcos Ive ever been to have the same issue with a long wait to escape. If you become a "member" dont be in any hurry, on more than one occasion Ive grabbed some stuff got to the check outs and walked away from my full cart. They wouldve gotten a 1 star but their return policy is top notch, i cant take that away from them. And their employees are awesome.

No one wanted to do their job, I felt like I was an inconvenience, Brent at the optical counter didnt know how to do anything the lady working with him deliberately took a break instead of helping a customer to the point that there was no one even behind the counter for 10-15 minutes helping anyone after she left. The lady in the optical office was rushing everyone along like they were not worth her time. Very negative place I dont think I will be returning; sadly it was my first time here as well its kind of rediculous that noone here would want to try and help the new person along.

I live in Lansing. I am in Grand Rapids every Saturday morning for business and usual shop at the Grand Rapids club before returning home. We are having a graduation open house Saturday night for our son. I called the Grand Rapids club to see about ordering a cake. They refused to take an order over the phone, they also would not let me scan the order form and attach it to an email. They said the only ways that they would accept an order was either in-person or via fax, I guess we wount be buying any party cakes from Costco.

I gave a Crock Pot as a gift last fall. It failed four months later...but by then the receipt and packaging were long gone. The recipient was instructed to bring all the components back to the the service desk, I joined her with my membership card, and she was given a gift card for a replacement which she purchased immediately and is back to being a happy cooker. The service staff were friendly, the recipient is pleased....and Im relieved. This Costco has always impressed me.

Friendly staff, family friendly, and good value. If youre looking for a quick bite, there is a small cafe seller monster hot dogs, huge slices of pizza, ice cream and more. I found this warehouse tidy and clean and carts extra wide to seat multiple baby seats or twin toddlers :-). Man writing this review I am realizing how much we use this Costco. They have good value for pharmacy, eye care and photo center.

People who work here are the least friendly people I have ever seen inside of any Costco. Nobody smiled and nobody was happy. The gentleman working in the phone service area couldnt stop swearing in front of kids and made an awful remark to me as I was looking at a computer near him. I was pretty mad and decided to leave. I just moved here and will not renew my card.

The store is bright and clean. They had many great samples on the day I visited. Grabbed a couple of items and was out again. A recommendation would be some sort of express lane. I was one of others with less than 5 items stuck in long lines where carts were full. Great place to get a cheap lunch or dinner after shopping and cheap gas on the way out.

The hours absolutely suck. Didnt realize this when we switched from Sams to Costco. A paid membership for a store you can only visit during banker hours. After 3 months of waiting line to walk down the aisles and wait 30 minutes to check out because "Saturday is ALWAYS this busy!" Says the annoyed cashier, we are switching back to Sams Club.

Ive been shopping at this Costco since its arrival. I have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Warranties on Electronics I have purchased were extended for two years. Returns are just plain EASY! (Ive only had one...a mattress I just didnt like.) As a bonus, the Costco gas prices are, on average, one of the lowest in town.

Fantastic prices, service and selection. If you see something youre thinking about getting, its better not to wait. Sometimes the selection will change and may not be available on your next trip. This keeps things fresh and always fun to walk through. Cant beat the giant pizza slices and quick food options for the prices either.

I love the Kirkland brand products they have a great selection to choose for him and you dont need to have a big family to shop at Costco they have wonderful paper products and office supplies, kitchenware, appliances outdoor plants, playground sets. I could just keep going on and on can you tell I love this place.

If you want a friendly Costco, this is NOT the one to go to. We moved to the NE side of town and I have gone here 3 times. Never again. Will keep driving back to Wyoming to visit the one on Wilson. This Costco should have all their employees go to the one on Wilson for training in good customer service.

Been in there twice now , to renew my membership. I wanted to down grade to the standard membership and the girl behind the counter wants to argue with me about down grading my membership. Needless to say I will NOT be back. Then we see how much money I spend there with no membership.

Our family loves Costco! Great prices, good selection of quality products, including natural and organic! The kids love shopping, and snacking on the free samples! We can always grab cheap dinner at the cafe, and of course, the great gas prices keep me coming back weekly!

Always great.. Costco always my first choice over Sams for their excellent Kirkland brand products and for their FAR better check out speeds. Only 4 stars now because they seem to have way less staff on than they used to. Lines are longer but still faster than Sams.

Great store with many selections. I wish they had an express checkout or simply add more lanes. THis place is extremely busy on weekends and many times I had to wait almost 10min for just a couple items. People are nice tho sometimes they will let you go first :)

Costco seems to have a larger variety of quality foods such as organic and meets without hormones. They also have a larger assortment of home goods versus Sams Club. I would say that Costcos bakery is also better. Overall, om happy I switched bulk stores

We mostly signed up for the cheaper gas prices we ended up getting their extra large pizzas for $10 which are an amazing deal and quite yummy. We also found our click together vinyl flooring the only color we were happy with at this Costco on 28th Street.

They have a fantastic warranty and return policy. The staff is always friendly fly, and checkout is never very long for the amount of things people are getting. They also have the best hotdogs and pizza if you are looking to grab a quick bite to eat.

I love Costco! The employees are always cheerful and helpful, probably because theyre being paid a livable wage. Sams Club has a lot of trashy items, but the Kirkland brand on almost anything means youre getting excellent quality.
