Customer service terrible. I went into rural king in New Castle indiana to buy a shotgun. I got there just before 8 pm. There was another customer in front of me purchasing a couple of handguns. Ok not a problem. I dont mind waiting my turn. 1/2 hour later the clerk finished with the other customer. He asked me what I wanted. I told him I wanted the rossi single shot shotgun. This was at 8:33 pm. He then told me it was too late to sell me the shotgun because the paperwork would take more than a half hour and the store would be closed by then. I have purchased many firearms in the past and never has it taken near that long to do the paperwork. This employee was just being lazy and didnt want to do his job. Even if that was the case, he could have told me sooner or got someone else to help. There was 3 employees standing there talking when I first got there. All he said was that its not his fault. I said it was because he let me stand there waiting for over a half hour. After that I just bit my tongue and left the store very mad and very discouraged.

Every time you go in this store and try to get someone to help you find a product, there is no one in site. Finding a store employee that actually knows what or where a product is, will be hard. These people are rude and about as moronic as it gets. Customer service here sux ass and has been that way the 4 years ive lived in this city. The Ace hardware store in the same shopping center will do you right. Your going to pay an arm and a leg at ace but at least you will walk in and out of the store quickly with what you want.

If you live in "Rural Country" America, this is the store for you. From farming equipment to clothes, household needs to outdoor sports, lawn&garden to ultra-terrain vehicles&accessories. Not to mention the odd candies and free popcorn!!
