Every time Ive visited this store I have heard at least one employee complaining to another about their management staff. I and others have been treated very rudely on several occassions by a very disrespectful supervisor of some sort named Cameron. Many of the supervisors seem to like to "pass the buck" rather than handle an issue first hand. Most employees seem clueless when asked directions or when handling normal inquiries. Pet food and many consumable groceries seem to not be rotated by expiration date consistently, being that I and others have often found both very old products as well as things that have expired still on shelves. Last but not least, I have never spoken to a supervisor that has thanked me, apologized, or used any type of manners appropriate for the situation.

Ask for Rachel if you have an issue or anything involving customer service. Shes a brilliant individual who will actually listen to you and help you based on your needs. Shes by far the best customer service associate Ive encountered in my 15 years shopping at Walmart. Im beyond ecstatic with the service I received. Bravo for understanding true business needs.

Order online (but not with your Sams Club credit card, bc they dont accept it online, only inside the store). Anyway, follow the signs for pickup order. Get to pick up kiosk and start pushing buttons. Nothing. Had to call CS to get my order. Supposed to be quick and cheaper if sent to store. It wasnt. One word: Amazon

Went to buy my 2lb puppy a leash. Was told I couldnt enter with the pup in my bag, not walking or in a cart. Although, Ive taken another puppy in the store before!! SEVERAL TIMES!! And staff there even greeted the pup!! However, today The lady at the door was extremely rude!! Will definately NOT be coming back here.

Needs to be more handicapped accessible they have few electric wheelchairs and some are out of service its Walmart they have trillions of dollars but cant have wheelchairs that work and enough for everyone to be able to have one of they need to

Good. Disappointed an item featured on sale in Catalog, the Artic Zone Trunk organizer with Removable Cooler was out of stock. Also disappointed no shampoos for color treated hair, and no natural peanut butters.

Looked for latex gloves. Had Five different workers send me on a goose chase from one dept to another. After 20 minutes and still no gloves, I left. I will not be back to this store. What a joke.
