Tried to use their money center to cash a check because it seemed the more convenient option in my Days itinerary, rather than zipping across town to the Bank, since I was already at Walmart I figured why not give their "banking" a try. My experience was HORRIBLE, seriously just go to the Bank, I ended up having to anyways after all was said and done. The first issue after waiting in line behind 3 people for the only cashier in the Money Center was she was unable to correctly read the front of a check. The Pay to the order of was clearly my name , which matched both forms of Picture ID I had. Her issue was that the GEICO information printed on my check stub listed the Claimant account and that Geico has my name a letter off in their system. I told her the only thing she needed to concern herself with was verifying the check was Valid and Made out to me, that my insurance Info had NOTHING to do with her. I finally convinced her to call over a manager , who verified that my check was Valid but then the system wouldnt cash it afterwards,they gave me a receipt to call the number to find out why it wouldnt go and the system advised me THEY at the store flagged it !!! and I ended up having to go to the bank , where it went through just fine as it was a valid check. AVOID WALMART MONEY CENTER IN LYNN HAVEN unless you have an extra 25mins to waste on Nothing but being treated very rudely , I guess a lot of criminals must shop there since they treat everyone like one. I would avoid the store at all costs and in Future I will be going to other Walmarts in our area or Target instead! Considering before this I bought the bulk of my Familys Groceries at Walmart , they might notice my missing $1,000 a month or so , and I sure hope they do !!

Terrible greeter i went in with a friend and since we are both teenagers you wouldnt think one of us needed an electric cart. well i just had knee surgery and i just got off crutches yesterday. take in mind i just had surgery 2 weeks ago and still have staples in my knee. well the greeter was talking to this older lady and i was sitting down in the cart trying to get it to work when he yelled at us telling us " dont use it unless you need it " well i stood up and then they saw the immoblizing brace and my friend said " she just had knee surgery " well the older lady looked at us and said " yeah right like i believe that one " by that time i was already mad because no one was helping me to get it to work but then yelling at me. i have a big huge brace on that covers my whole leg and makes it to where i cant bend my leg whats so ever. i wouldve talked to managment but we were in a hurry and all i was wanting was a cart to where i was in pain. and then when i was limpin through the store i see another girl nothing wrong with her legs or anything riding one and not getting yelled at for it. the greeter was an older male that obivously doesnt want to keep his job when all he did was sit on the side talking to other customers not helping a injured one with the cart and then yelling at them saying they didnt need it. i hope yall get this issue under control. you will never get my buisness again. Because there lost prevention time are crazy ass people on 3 different nights one of the lost prevention guys followed me home. On another day the same on throw a box at me in the store! Then the same guy was harassing me in side the store my husband and I called him out and wanted him to go speak with management with us. But instead of going to talk with the manager he went to his car and I followed behind him asking him to come on lets go handle this he got in his car N backed up but then after backing up a little Im standing in the parking spot right next to his car well he revved up the motor and proceeded to act like he was going to hit me I moved out of the way and back up on the curb and just the nick of time. So I talk to the police about pressing charges and they told me that I couldnt press harassment charges because I was at his place of work. And it be his word against mine. So I would was just blown away!!!!

I usually come in here around 9pm when I get off from work for the Money center to cash checks, but half of the time theres a sign on the desk thats says they are out and to go to check lane 14. After waiting 25 minutes in line, I ask the cashier about cashing the check and they tell me to go to the money center, however after telling about the sign they sent me to customer service. After waiting another 20 minutes in that line I was told to go to the money center. I explained the sign to them and how it informed me to go to check lane 14, they finally walked me over to the money center and they themselves helped me cash my check. Overall is not very clean, its a wearhouse environment, and the employees are misinformed and there is no communication when it comes to taking care of a customer. However they have a decent variety of goods.

My experience at this store has been a pleasant one until false allegations were made against me by either someone from city hall or by the Lynn Haven police department. And no this has nothing to do with theft or any type of misconduct on my part to anyone who is reading this. Been shopping here since the store opened. Some false allegations though have been made against me and I have been wrongfully prevented from shopping at this store. I have not been able to get in contact with the store manager Belinda at all. I have left my number for her to contact me since March 2017 and no call back. Since this is the only decent Walmart in the area I am requesting to be able to shop here since I havent done anything wrong deserving to be banned from this location.

I really dont like Super Walmart but only because I always spend too much money. This store is almost always stocked. What I dont like about this store is one of their risk management guys, older black gentleman who will follow you around hiding behind things, not very well. I noticed him following my daughter one day and when she checked out I told her to check her buggy and she had something small that cost about two dollars under her purse, she was shopping for her daughters birthday party and had both girls with her which will make you crazy and one of them was in the buggy, but the msg is dont try and steal anything from Walmart and if you dont steal but you see a man following you look in your buggy.

I hate walmart. If you go during the day it is incredibly crowded and the lines are long, if you go at night there is only one register and self checkout to leave from. Night time they also bring pallets full of items to stock the shelves so you may have a hard time getting items you need without squeezing through the aisles. (Really, cant you just work a pallet or two at a time? Is it necessary to block the entire bread aisle end to end?) Finally, customer service is terrible and employee morale is definitely lacking. I prefer to go the extra mile to Target and spend a few more bucks to have an entirely better shopping experience. At least there, if I have a concern, it is usually addressed promptly.
