I like Wal-Mart hands down. But recently they gave me a lot of trouble concerning my award points on my Verizon wireless phone. I bought an air rifle for my husband. Well there was a problem with the item. So I returned it. They gave me cash back.which was no problem, because I spent the money on food. Now when I received my points on my phone and yes I bought a different air rifle for my husband, it also had a problem. So my husband said he will return it and they treated him like some dope head off the street!!!!!!!!! They took the air rifle and would not give him his money (156.and cjange) and did not offer a Wal-Mart card with money on it to spend in the store .They gave him a receipt showing the money was refunded and said it would go back on my awards card in 72 hrs. Well 72 hrs came and went. Oh also they called the police on him twice. So this time he called the police, to go up there with him. (Haha) all in all they gave him another receipt and said it will be on there in 10 days to 2 weeks. Well, its been 19 days and my points are still not on there. I have never ever had a problem with Wal-Mart until now. I live in Smithville Tennessee and from now on I will g to Sparta the next county over to do my shopping. I do hope my points get put back on my phone so I may use them at my discretion. Thank you so much!!! Your loyal shopper.

Walmart is one of my favorite places to shop but sadly my experiences at this store have been just horrible. 1 - When product runs out it seems forever before its stocked again. I mean come on, no pearl onions (to name one of many) for two months? 2 - Out of date products sometimes out number the fresh products. I have never seen so many out of date items in a major grocery store/retailer. I have even returned an item that was expired and a few days later that same item was back on the shelf! 3 - The freezers/coolers that line the center of the grocery area are dirty and just nasty. I went one time to buy a ham and the cooler they are kept in was pretty empty (typical) and the bottom and sides of the cooler were just nasty...cannot believe they actually put food in there. The stock people are lazy too...products close to being out of date are in the back and fresh products are in front; they dont rotate the items. When they cut open boxes they are careless and often times youll get a product that has been sliced open by a box cutter and of course you dont notice it until you get home.

Poor customer service. Prices are high. Managers dont care how the employees act with each other or how rude they treat the customer. Definitely not the place you want your spouse to work or your kids. Not a good place to take your kids to shop. Terrible toy section. Clothing section is terrible. They dont even carry hardly any boots of any kind for men. Take the extra time and drive to Crossville, TN.

The store is clean and well staffed during peak times. The staff in the pharmacy, salon, deli, and service center are polite and helpful. My biggest complaints include that there are never any hand baskets around to shop with, so if I dont want to use a cart I end up carrying everything in my arms. And that the deli closes early in the evening.

The cashier was slow and rude, I was followed through the store by security, and accused of and searched for a theft that I never committed, all while having a large balance on my bank card which I use for all of my purchases. This was all done in front of my children.

They only have a couple lanes open so I end up going to self check out! I usually have a problem because I dont scan something the way that computer thinks I should!. So I spend a lot longer than I should!
