I literally searched for the Ninja Supra Kitchen Blender at every local store possible. I finally found one at the Walmart in Clarksville IN. When I got to the In-Store Pick Up an employee brought the box to me from the back of the store and sat it on the counter. I noticed that the box was a bit rugged looking so I opened it up just to insure all of the contents/pieces were there. I found that all of the blender pieces had been removed from their original plastic packaging, the blender itself had previously been washed because I could see water stains inside of the pitcher, and lastly the lid had dried food particles on the sides of it. GROSS! I pointed out the issues with the blender to the employee. She apologized and asked if I wanted a refund. I said “No, I just want a new blender, not a used one.” I then asked the employee if there were any more blenders in the store and she told me that the one I was looking at was the ONLY one thay had. She refunded me my money and I headed towards the exit . But my curiosity didn’t stop there. Upon leaving the store I adventured off into the housewares section just to double check the inventory for myself. And what do you know? There was a brand, spanking, new Ninja Supra Kitchen Blender on the bottom shelf. I opened the box just to check things out and all of pieces were in place, never been touched or used. So I gladly took the blender to the checkout out to repurchase. Overall I was not pleased with my shopping experience this particular day because, I had originally paid full price for a used blender and I was told that there were no other blenders in the store when there clearly was. But the end result is that I had got my blender and I am now a very happy with it.

Truck parking is a great need and us truckers thank you! However, hardly any trash barrels for us truckers to throw away our trash unwrapping hundreds of dollars of merchandise we spend at your stores. Touring the country and parking at well over 100 Walmart stores, theres only 1 other store that feels the same way you do. Carriages all over the parking lot at 21:30 and the registers WERE PACKED 10 people in each line with people commenting and complaining about it the whole time. Voice your opinion about the left winged extremism of warm beer sales and how its not PC to not sell beer 24/7 and Ill give you 4 stars. Thanks for letting us truckers shop and buy hundreds of dollars of food and supplies for our trucks though. You didnt have organic half and half btw!

Like any other Walmart. Lines long, lines short. cms quick, cms takes forever. Etc.. Now auto customers beware! I had small work done on my car new tire, oil change and head light replaced. Wheel was cheep but they failed to tell me my other tire needed to be changed, I would have gladly paid for it. Second the oil issue wasnt their fault it was the last person that did it. And to finish it off they broke the clip that went into my light bulb then told me Id need to go somewhere else to have it fixed. After demanding they fix it right then and there. Now Im stuck with a light that turns on and off as I drive around town. The rest of the store seems great just not the auto center.

I really like the WalMart here. The people are so friendly and so helpful. I have had to call the service desk numerous times on stuff and the people there never kept me on the phone waiting for a department for any long period of time. I have had the guys getting carts out of parking lot see me struggle to get something in the car and they came over to help me. I have never had anyone rude to me in the check out and even one noticed that something did not ring up right as she had bought the same thing as it was on sale so she knew right off and made sure it was corrected. I am very happy with the WalMart here in Clarksville, IN. Keep up the good work.

The fresh produce in this store is horrible. Its a large, well organized produce section, but the fruit and veggies are not good quality and never fresh. The fresh baked goods section is always full of fruit flies, sometimes in the packages of baked goods. A lot of products are always out of stock. The staff are hit and miss when it comes to being friendly and helpful. The store is always understaffed, and they never have more than a couple registers open.. I highly recommend driving a little farther away and going to the Jeffersonville Meijer or Kroger.

I left some items behind last night. I was pretty upset when I got home and realized it. I called and the customer service associate David was great about going to the register and finding what I had left. He put it up with my name on it and was so nice about everything, even said what time he worked the next day. He was even nicer in person when I picked it up today. I just wanted to say what a great job he did (does) and I really appreciate him going out of his way for me. Thanks David!

Worst Walmart ever. Poor customer service. The price tags dont match the price at the register. The so called manager is some rude inbred mouth breathing Smeagle looking POS and it took every last bit of bearing left in my body not to throat punch him. I have had stuff ordered to the store also and when I go to pick it up, its the wrong item thats usually a lower priced item and they want you to pay the same price for it. I would rather spend a couple dollars more and shop at Target.

Ive been to a lot of Wal-Marts out there. Who hasnt? However, the Wal-Mart in Clarksville is different. I speak mainly of the store being one of the cleanest Wal-Marts I have ever walked into, which is saying a lot. I recently moved away and I am sad to say the Wal-Mart where I now live makes me miss the service and cleanliness of my hometown Wal-Mart. If all Wal-Marts were like this than people who pay higher prices to shop elsewhere would grace Wal-Mart with their customer loyalty.

All the night shift staff was standing out front smoking and joking some even making out with one another? While only one register is open inside and the line is backed up 30 people deep. I just put my items back and went to Meijer. I like anyone else do not like my time to be wasted! I am very tired day to day, at a minimum I just want to get my items and go home to my family. As a whole Walmart needs to get their stuff together your daddy would be ashamed at what you have become.

I admit, I have never had a problem with the store, except for the pharmacy. Every time it is refill time, it is like being probed as a drug addict. The old lady Celeste is rude, and will even call you a drug addict, the prices are slightly lower at walmart, but the comfort and customer service is better else where and worth the few extra dollars. I will never take another one of my families prescriptions to that hell hole again, Lucifer is their, dressed as a little old lady.
