I have been checking shelves for OVER 2 months for my facial cleanser (Noxzema Classic Clean original) and it still has not been stocked. Sits empty every time I look. I also went to buy trash bags a couple of weeks ago and the entire section (4-5 shelves) was empty except for a few boxes of Hefty trash bags. Every single Walmart trash bag was gone. Other sections of the store are messy and unstocked as well. Im so frustrated now that after holding out hope that things would change because if I cant find everything I need at Walmart then I think I will start shopping at Meijer since its our only other option in town. Management needs to step it up and fix the problem because I cant be the only person who feels this way. Its sad because I have shopped there ever since Walmart opened, my grandmother was an employee in that brand new store over on the east side of Warsaw where Big R is now. An era that is coming to a close for me.

Probably one of the worst Walmart stores I have been to. Even during the busiest times, there are only, at best, 5 full service cashiers working and of those 5, they are all new and move at turtle speed. What would be great is to mirror Meijers set up and have a few lanes dedicated to self service grocery shoppers. Not just self service express lanes but actual grocery lanes. Then of they dont want to pay to have physical cashiers working properly a reduced crew, they can do that because the customer is still taken care of. Oh, and another thing...teach your people how to talk to customers. Wow...they dont even attempt to help. Ive gotten the line "I dont know. Its not my department," and then they walk off. Seriously, you dont have a sign on you that tells what department you work in. Attempt to find me someone who can help! If your helping a customer, which is what you are being paid for, your manager will understand.

Im a long-time Wal-Mart shopper. The last several months, however, the Warsaw, Indiana store has developed problems. Products I used to routinely be able to purchase there seem to always be out of stock: my favorite LOreal haircolor (the haircolor dept. is a shambles), my favorite Wal-Mart brand soda (Diet Dr. Thunder), my favorite Colgate premium toothpaste (Whiten & Protect), my favorite Cutex nail polish remover, to name a few. Im frequently asked to come back another day because theyre out of my Synthroid--which is a very common medication. Theyve taken the lighting out of the cosmetics department and not replaced it (why?). This seems to be a lack of attentiveness on the part of management, and I have already started doing a portion of my shopping at other, less frustrating stores. My prescriptions will be next. Other people Ive talked to have been noticing the same issues. These problems need to be fixed.

The WORST costumer service I have ever experienced in my 40 years of visiting a Walmart location. I approached the jewelry counter in hopes of having a couple links removed from my watch that I purchased in the store. I stood at the counter for more than 15 minutes without even being acknowledged. Then when a friend Who I came to the store with ride past on the motor cart and asked if they fixed it, I replied that I had not even been acknowledged Sara the Walmart employee standing behind the counter says and I quote"yeah what do you want. I replied hello how are you and she said again what do you want. Then she said I cant take links out Im from the show department. You have to come back another day

Like most Walmart stores, their is a huge selection of nearly anything you could want or need. Sometimes the quality of items offered is not great. Employee interaction is hit and miss, with some employees behaving as they should: Greeting anyone within 10 feet of them and offering to help them with anything they need...others do no of this. The store is adequately clean most of the time. Security seems to be an issue though, as there are many camera blind spots, tripping hazards are a big issue (front of store carpets, items left on the floor or in aisles, etc) and door greeters not bothering to engage with someone that trips the security alarm.

At 12:35 today as we were leaving the WalMart store the old lady who was sitting at the south door got real snotty with us about seeing our receipt for Kitty litter of all things and also some garden edging. My son said we didnt have to stop and show it and you would have thought we were stealing something - she should be talked to - talk about customer service - yours stinks - I dont have to go to your store - there are plenty others who treat you decent. I would have gladly shown the receipt if she had acted like a normal person - with people looking for jobs - get someone friendly.

I was in the Warsaw Indiana Walmart today at 2-2:30 this afternoon and my son was buying paint. Im in the motorized cart a little ahead of him going towards the back of the store and upon coming to the auto dept. on the left hand side I glanced over and saw the back of a young sales ass. and his pants were soooo far down I got a full view of his total butt. Not just part as some people wear their pants but a full disgusting view of the whole bare but. So be forwarned if your near that dept. you may also get this not so nice view. Wont be buying anything there again.

Poor customer service. Drove into town to buy a steam cleaner...showed they had in stock online, but clerk told us she didnt want to go look in warehouse. Clerk even scanned barcode showing two in stock and one in warehouse. Better yet, the customer service manager told us to come back later. I went to customer service manager and asked for someone to go back and look for the cleaner they showed in stock...she called the store manager. Wasnt worth it...went to Meijer and bought one! Will continue to shop at Meijer...much nicer store.

Nearly every time I go to this Walmart I am that with frustration and an attending headache. The customer service is so bad that I do my best to avoid it and instead shop at either Owens or Meijer. They may be slightly more expensive, but the customer service is vastly superior and the employees actually know something about the department over which theyre placed. All-in-all, dont go to this Walmart unless you ABSOLUTELY know where something already is and if you feel like waiting in a line for 10 minutes just to purchase youre item (s).

The parking lot no longer has local redneck gangs, though they do now have a group of kids with modded cars but they arent disturbing anyone they usualy just stand around chatting together then they go over McDonalds, the cashier was polite and was good at bagging items all the frozen stuff was in one bag when I got home which made it a lot easier to put away. They need more people in the tire area but the guys in electronics helped me out with getting a stereo so I guess go over to electronics if you want anything in the back area.
