Well you lost a customer today. One of your employees wrongly tags an item for an extremely low price and you say that you "dont tag stuff like that". Funny how every item is tagged with the same sticker it just has a different price. When this point was made "well another customer must have done that". This is also false as weve all seen those cheap square price tags ripped, bent, etc when customers play that game. This was clearly directly from the price gun. When asked if I could get a discount she offered the standard 20% discount like that wasnt a coupon I already had in my pocket. I wasnt expecting to get this for the price marked but due to the employee error I should have gotten this marked down more. The manager was rude and obviously was accusing me of her employees error. Keep your over priced merchandise. I can purchase online the same thing for lower prices.

Customer service was awesome. Asked someone where the quilts were and she directed me there even though she was busy pulling a large ladder around. Waiting in the line to pay, some other guy saw that we were in a rush and he opened another register line. Forgot my coupon at home so he provided me another way to get it!

I get the concept of maximizing space and revenue per sq ft but man there are times this BB&B is super cramped. Employees are friendly and helpful though!

Go to IKEA for your bed, and then come here for your sheets
