WHERE DO I BEGIN....... THIS IS SAD, THIS HAS TO BE THE WORST SEARS STORE IVE EVER SHOPPED AT. PURCHASED A BBQ GRILL FOR $600.00 AND WANTED TO HAVE IT DELIVERED, NO ISSUES SO FAR. THEN THE SALESMAN TOLD ME THAT THEY ALSO HAD FREE ASSEMBLY !! SUPER. THEN WE WENT TO CHECK OUT. THIS I THOUGHT WOULD BE A SIMPLE PROCESS BECAUSE THE STORE WAS EMPTY AND THERE WAS NOT A SOUL IN THE STORE. 45 MINUTES LATER WITH THE LITTLE CASHIER GIRL WITH 500 TATOOS AND 2 CELL PHONES SHOVED IN HER FRONT PANTS THAT WERE RINGING A RAP RING TONES FIGURED OUT HOW TO RING ME UP AND ALLOW ME TO PAY. I LOOK AT MY WIFE AND SAID THIS IS NOT A GOOD START I HAVE A BAD FEELING ABOUT THIS . SURE ENOUGH..... THEY DELIVER OUR GRILL ON THE SAID DAY IN A BOX....LOL. NOT PUT TOGETHER. THE DELIVERY DRIVER EVEN SAID " THIS IS THE FIRST GRILL IVE DELIVERED THAT HAS NOT BEEN PUT TOGETHER IN A LONG TIME" THE TOOK THE GRILL BACK AND TOLD US THAT THE GRILL WILL BE DELIVERED ON SATURDAY JULY 1ST JUST AHEAD OF OUR JULY 4TH PARTY. WE SAID OK, MAKE SURE IT IS HERE SATURDAY AND WE WILL BE OK WITH THAT. WELL ITS SATURDAY NO GRILL NO DELIVERY AND WE FOUND OUT IT IS STILL IN THE BOX AND SETTING IN A WAREHOUSE MY WIFE CALLED AND LEFT 10+ VOICE MAILS FOR A MANAGER TO CALL HER BACK NO ONE CALLED . I CALLED AND TALKED TO A WORTHLESS MANAGER NAMED KATIE WHO COULD DO NOTHING FOR ME OR MAKE ANY EFFORT TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT. I ASKED FOR HER BOSSS NAME AND SHE REFUSED TO GIVE ME THAT PERSONS NAME. AFTER DEMANDING THE BOSSS NAME OVER AND OVER AGAIN SHE TOLD ME IT WAS AMY. I HAVE A HARD FEELING THAT IS THE NAME SINCE I HAD MY WIFE WHOS NAME IS AMY ON A 3 WAY CALL WITH KATIE. YOU ASK WHY SEARS IS GOING OUT OF BUSINESS?????? THIS IS WHY SHUT THIS STORE DOWN FIRE EVERYONE OF THEM

Long lines so we went to another department to check out. Many employees standing around doing nothing. So we walk up to this man in the vacuum area and he refused to check us out and told us to return to the area where are stuff was from and check out there. This man was at the register doing nothing. We walked back to the long lines and proceeded to wait 20 minutes to get checked out. Not good customer service expecially when we see all these employees standing around.

Fun store with all sorts of things you cant find anywhere else. Come to this store instead of the one in Midtown where the owner/manager is extremely rude. Friendly and helpful customer service at this location.

I was very happy with the service here, I have had 2 oil changes and 1 tire rotation. It is not the fastest place but you can shop. Also, the service attendant has found me extra discounts on both my visits. D.

They do not appear to be replacing tools on the display shelves. Lots of items missing in the tool shelves. Not near enough check out staff. Waited one half hour to pay for 5 items with debit card.

the auto place is a scam...they break small parts in your car to lead to bigger problems. and say before you leave u might wanna get ur brakes checked out. 2 hours later my brake line snaps...

went today to buy couple of mattresses... I waited over 45 minutes to get a sales rep in the mattresses department and I didnt get any help.... I will probably never go back again to this store

Do not order online. I accidently gave a star. Postponed delivery 10 mins before scheduled time. Gave a new date of a week later after already waiting a week. Charged my card instantly though

I dont physically shop the actual store much; extremely easy to pickup items ordered online. Shop using Shop Your Way account fpr great savings thru KMart and Sears.
