Friend from Caulifloria is in and needing a fishing license and Ace was closed. Call Wal-Mart to ask about it, the lady had no clue because Ill calls go to the fitting room. She transferred me to someone else. They didnt know but said someone is always here to do it but they wanted to double check...then being on hold for another 32mins. We came in and had to find someone that worked at the walmart. We found two they were very helpful and told us Becky would be in at 10pm to come in then and ask for her. We get here at 10:15pm and ask for Becky. The lady we ask to get Becky for us was very rude. Came out and said she was doing the money stuff. Would be 20mins. I told her what had happened and seems like she could care less. And now its been 20mins and we are still waiting. But I will say Becky came out very nice and understanding. All the extras need to step their game up because they are making their work place look bad!

This review is for Scottsburg Walmart Tire Center- My family of four was on our way back to Rockford, Il from Lexington, Ky when our car suffered a flat tire. We tried to change our tire but the key to the anti-theft lugnut broke . We tried calling for nearby wreckers but to no avail. Tried 2 fix-a-flat cans but the puncture was too big to hold air. We rhen decided to limp on to walmart which was a mile away. Jennifer, one of the employees @ the car center, went ABOVE AND BEYOND to look for a wrecker who fixed it onsite before replacing the tire. THANK YOU VERY MUCH JENNIFER AND CREW! Without the whole bunch at the Scottsburg Walmart Tire Center, we would have been stuck there for a long time ...

I am so grateful for John on the Walmart staff! While traveling from Nashville to Indianapolis, my tire became wonky and began to shake the car. When I pulled over I discovered that I had broken the tire belt and it was about to blow at any moment. Unfortunately, the tire department at Walmart (and all surrounding shops) had already closed for the day! My travel buddy and I tried to put the spare tire on but quickly realized we were out of our depth. Thankfully, John came to the rescue. With the help of another customer, he quickly got the spare on so we could get back on the road. He was incredibly polite and helpful. I am so glad that Walmart hired such a decent guy! Count me impressed.

Tire shop is ridiculous. Today Im back for the 3rd time, over a mistake they made!! First was a simple flat repair. Second time...they didnt balance the tire after they fixed it. 3rd......I asked them to balance the one tire. Well I not only did i get all 4 balanced...but they took off the front passenger tire and turned it inside out. So I had white lettering showing. ( which all my lettering is facing inside) and another unbalanced tire. So here I am again. Im not returning here again for tire service. Also there short staffed. This is ridiculous!! Dont just hire warm bodies.....geesh.

This Walmart store strives to provide the best possible customer service! I accidentally purchased an incorrect item due to a misleading product label. It just so happenes that I opened the product before I actually realized it wasnt going to work for me. It was an item that wasnt supposed to be returned if it had been opened. I truly expected to be denied the opportunity to return it. However, due to the misleading product label I was allowed to exchange the product with no hassle what so ever. I a very grateful for this Walmart standing behind the customer!!

Seems to be poorly ran and largely disorganized every time I end up going there. Especially not having items in the right places and then finding out the price is something entirely different than what you expect. Seems like it shouldnt be that hard to make sure items are placed in the proper place with the price on the shelf. Other than that, its a relatively clean store and easy to get to and staff is ok as far as Wal Mart goes.

Poor customer service. I know everyone has bad days but when in a couple of visits one person out of at least 30 associates followed the 10 foot rule its sad. When your cashiers cant even greet customers as they are checking them out there is a problem. I would just recommend to staff to be a bit more friendly; because even when things dont go right and technology acts up a kind word can do wonders for a customers attitude.

Its a zoo with mostly rude staff that does not care to help you. The locals basically hang out here for entertainment and much like the staff are also not very nice. Lots of frequent junkies, questionable creepers and 10 pack a day smokers like most of the walmarts in this area. As a whole Walmart needs to get their stuff together your daddy would be ashamed at what you have become.

They do not have the items it shows online the same price EVERYTHING IS PRICED HIGHER THAN THE SITE, even the things you buy online and go pick up. Then you have to wonder if it will actually be there. Bought something online, went to pick it up, told it wasnt at the store@?!?!!

Overall, very good & new store set up, @Sctsb SuperCenter is great, but, I just wish theyd find a good store set up of aisles & stay that way, although the ideas of changing the Seasonal Aisles & new self check out registers being put in, was a terrific idea & I for one, love it... More to come, next time I visit.

Small store and fairly busy. There were lots of checkout lines open. Produce selection is basic: apples, oranges, strawberries and the like. The cold drinks at the checkouts were about half empty and what I wanted was completely gone. I used the self checkout. The person working there was friendly.

Its always clean, well stocked, and decently priced. Theyve done away with price matching but for the amount the general merchandise is at youre not any worse off than going to Clarksville or Seymour to the malls. All it offers is conveniently located near home but the food products are ok.

Their grocery shelves are never stocked, there are too many expired items on shelf, especially in dairy products, ie cheese etc, canned goods are never stocked and just when you get used to an item, oh we dont stock that anymore, biggest problem is no competition!!!!

great pricea on all best brand hunting gear. Should have a wider variety of lawn care products and parts. new set up is weird. another thing is there is never enough of the handicap carts and not enough strict rules. people just get lazy with those cart

I have had two different dealings with site to store staff picking up items. Pat went out of her way to help keep a Christmas present secret while picking it up with my child with me. She was very creative, said it was dishes for mom. Great people.

This is the worst Wal-Mart in the area. The store is small and the selection is slim. They stock a lot of items inconsistently, so you dont know what they will have one week to the next. It is still much better than the Scottsburg Jay C, though.
