I just came from Walmart where I was disrespected basically accused of thief fot simple trying to refill my water bottles. Thr cashier argued with about my water being refulls because I didnt have the yrllow ticket. ( The ones the machine gives you when you return bottles) Why would I beinging that REFILLED them not exchanged for new!! She calls a coworker over who agrees with me. Does that stop her no she then precedes to stick her dirty finger in my bottle. Then says Ohh. OHH doesnt fix the fact the now my water and bottle is contaminated because oh you. Theres more to that story and it didnt get any better with the poor excuse calles management. Thia is the second time Ive had to argue with the same lady in both cases she was wrong. I would hate to say racial profiling but in the second case she overcharged my daughter. We caught the mistake she refunded the difference and tried to keep the sunglasses. All while the proof while on the reciept leading me to have to get the manager. This was after the previous customer verbally did a price match with no type of physical proof.

Terrible experience lost $100 in the self checkout had the proof but james the front end manager and randall ward the store manager say different one guy says yes the drawer is over the other says its short so i call the customer service hotline and they both hang up on her call the district manager and canot speak to him but his secratary who not helpful but says the drawer is exact great job all liars they refuse to let you speak to the district manager thats how shady they are no wonder there reviews suck anything to pocket your money not to mention i have been trying to get my money back for 5 days go to kroger or meir your money is safer there. Russ Koenig the district manager refuses to see he he has a bunch of liars and thieves same with the marketing manager and toy cop who works there.

I am not able to shop without one of the electric carts. So much of the time there are not enough working carts. They will have signs on them saying they are out of order or charging. Sometimes the only available carts will not have enough of a charge to make it around the store. I have been trapped at the back of the store more than once with a cart that has died. Then I have to wait for a store employee to bring me another cart. This particular store has many elderly and disabled customers. They really should invest in a few new carts so they dont lose these customers.

I honestly dont have a star to give I called 27 times before I came to ask about check cashing and a specific item and got no answer I asked the manager why when I got there and he said he has his headphones know again I bet. Then I found one boat seat and asked another employee several times for help but he also was wearing headphones sonic had to chase him down he told me they did not sell boat seats there maybe I should try meijer then I said yes you have one he said where as if I were lying Wow at Meijer now thanks alot dude!

Customer service is something Wal-Mart use to be great for. However these days I believe customer service is just a phrase kicked around so it makes Wal-Mart look and feel like the chain store care about the customer. When in all actuality Wal-Mart has already got what the CEO of Wal-Mart wanted from you the valued, and essential customer. That is you have had to of already spent money to be at the customer services deck. And as we all know, once you have someones money you never give it back! But thats just my opinion.

Worst walmart ive ever been to. Ever. Will never return. Mulitple employees harrass customers around the store throughout their visit. It was clear to see that customer service was not at all a priority to them as they had at least a dozen workers there (about 11:30pm) n only two registers open with lines backed up taking about 20 min to check out during which time I spoke with the other customers around me, all expressing the same opinion.

Standing in line behind a man returning diapers. Cashier calls supervisor to make sure she can refund for diapers. Supervisor finally shows up.they get into a discussion about policy and kind of argue in front of all of us standing there. Not real professional. I am so glad we now have a miejer in town. They are friendly and so far all are helpful and professional.

This place has really gone downhill in the past five years. I visited the restroom in the back of the store and there were wooden toilet seats! (For those unaware crabs can be contracted through wooden toilet seats!) The store was dirty, the floors need a good scrub, or better yet replaced. The store looks like its due for a remodeling. Friendly employees though!

They do seem to always have what I need even though it may not always be the best quality and it is clear that they dont have real tight policy about who they hire as I have had many less than satisfactory experiences with most of their employees. Its disorganized and dirty. The bathrooms never seemed to be clean either. Go here only if you HAVE too.

I bought a r2d2 for my son who has autism because a guy who worked there said it worked for his tablet 2 ladies wouldnt even give store credit just because I lost receipt my autistic son has been crying for hour and I out 100$ that I dont have when Walmart rich never shopping at any of Walmarts again

Pharm is violating HIPAA laws. They require a log book to be filled out to purchase select OTC products. Then the book with your name, address and medical condition is passed to the next person purchasing. Should I list the names and medical conditions of the 7 people that picked up before me????

What I like in Walmart is they do sell a lot of stuff like pack of socks, bulk of undershirts, furnitures and appliances and other choices. Sadly, the place looks deppressing. Everyone are kind of neutral, some could be friendly, some just dont bother you at all like youre a ghost.

Worst walmart Ive ever been in. They do a lot of "stocking" but yet I never see anything new. Theyve had the exact same stuff out since last September. Their entertainment sections the worst. Never see anything new or restocked. Cant wait for the Meijer to open.

Shelves never stocked. Always empty no matter what time of day or what time of the week. Worst Walmart I have ever shopped at. Even employees agree how bad it is. Ned to new manager knowa what they are doing. Thank God Meijers is coming to town!!!!

I do all of my grocery shopping here. They are usually cheaper than any where else and they price match. The employees are ALWAYS friendly. They are always cleaning the floors. The store is clean and usually has good clearance items as well.
