I have never given a negative review or filed a complaint about a store or a service before until now. So Im not exaggerating when I say that my mother and I received horrible treatment at this store. We couldnt find a basket and didnt know the metal racks that held the baskets were racks, we thought they were carriers you pulled with the basket at the bottom instead. Completely unaware, my mother and I were in line, about to place our items on the conveyor belt and I turned around to see an employee running towards us with a cart. She immediately started yelling at us, gaining the attention of half of the front of the store, screaming things such as, "What are you doing? That is a basket rack, you cant use this to carry your items! I need this back right now! Where did you find this?" She proceeded to yank the top of the rack away, humiliating my mother as the employee yelled, "I need this back right now! Where did you take this from? I need to know now!" We embarrassedly fumbled to remember as she fumed, and eventually told her it was somewhere near the grocery section that we used it as a carrier because we couldnt find any others and that we didnt know it was a rack. She then began taking our items which we were about to put on the belt, and threw them into a cart, breaking several of the items to which there was only one of and we couldnt buy and therefore use. My mother proceeded to calmly ask her if we could put it on the conveyor belt instead since we were checking out anyways, so she listened to my mother but then started throwing the items onto the conveyor belt, breaking more items we were about to purchase. My mother then calmly told her that she was speaking and acting "very rudely" and was "treating us poorly as customers". The employee shook her head quickly and said "No, I"m not. No, Im not," as she proceeded to throw more items on the belt. She then yelled more at us, as she pulled the rack with the basket attached away. My mother then nicely asked the customers in front of us, a mother and a daughter, "Did you think that was rude, or was it just me?" The other customer then proceeded to tell us that they thought she was a b-word and treated us horribly. Several people turned around not only for the scene that was made, but also as the employee proceeded to yell rudely at other people for not moving over to cash register stations that had recently opened up. I have ALWAYS loved Target and I have never had a problem with any Target store until this one. The employee was accusatory, acting like we had committed a major crime for being obliviously confused on the proper use of a basket, physically aggressive with our items, angrily defensive when we requested calmer communication, raising her voice at us when we didnt know we had done anything wrong, and to be frank, she was beyond rude. I work in retail myself, and I personally think from my own experience this was a demonstration of terrible customer service, and truly she demonstrated an inability to act even civilly as a person. Once again, I would like to say that I dont like giving negative reviews nor have I given one before, but my mother is an angel and to see her being treated so poorly by an employee truly hurts my heart and that is why I am writing this. So even though the cashier was friendly and kind when we finally checked out, because of the employees treatment of my mother and I, I will never shop at this store again.

awful and very rude people. One lady stopped my transaction which she was not doing mid way then made me wait for the manager and that conversation went for 45_50 min while I have to kids in the cart. She then proceeded to take items out of my cart saying she wont sell them to me. I said I would call Corp. I was talking to corporate when she came over and said now the items I wanted we no longer on sale since they fixed their system. Which I asked before they brought the items to the counter for me if there was a limit which 4 red team members said no.(35 min waiting at this point) she purposely had me wait while they were changing their system just not to sell it to me at that price. She then laughed and said I told you I would of sold you one before you called corporate. I was still on the phone with them she then said she would sell me one of the 3 items if I stopped talking to corporate. What manager does that?? I think they need to hire quality managers not just young girls that want to be rude and disrespectful.Awful never have I been talked to or treated like that before. And my kids had to witness it all

hate this store, the people here are rude and not helpful at all, i bought a baby swing and two weeks latter it broke down and they refused to refund me because i didnt have a receipt, so i had to buy another one and spent another 200$ when i went to return it they asked for id so i had to drive back home and get my id then came back and they told me they wont return it without a receipt. i asked them where the glue is and they couldnt tell me and just said its somewhere over there i think. and it wasnt anywhere around there. they have nothing for a food selection, really they never have anything you need just a bunch of junk, the old target was better then this "super" target. the female employees are always rude to me, giving me dirty looks and to top it off one girl who was checking us out started flirting with my husband in front of me and our kids! then she insulted me directly. i couldnt believe it, shes lucky i have kids or i would have ripped the weve right out of her trashy head!

The customer service here is AWFUL. Wheres the 5 by 5 rule? I stopped in today after work and had the misfortune to have Rita ring me up. Rita didnt greet me, tell me my total, or even make eye contact with me. And to top it off threw my receipts ontop of my bags as she moved onto the next customer. I understand having a long day and getting an occasional rude customer during the holiday season which can effect your shift however; her attitude and lack of concern was uncalled for. Customer service should be their #1 concern especially in our economy.

Be careful shopping here. My debit card was charged over $600 from a midnight transaction and the store isnt even open during that time. My original transaction was for $26.00 of which I have the receipt for. Called target they said there was nothing they could do and the woman who helped was extremely rude. My bank said it was definitely an inside job. They will steal your money. Will no longer shop at any Target stores because of how this situation was handled. Watch your back and your bank account.

Horrible customer service! I bought a gift card and the cashier forgot to activate it so I was out the $25. They refused to fix it and even went so far as to get rude towards me. The visit before that I told a lady (who barely spoke English) that I didnt want to open a red card and she became incredibly angry. Ill never go back to this store even though its the closest one to my house.
