Today was the worst experience ever!! The price tag said 2.50 and the only word that I could see was pool. So I thought great deal for my sons birthday present (bought him a pool). I brought a few up to the counter and showed the cashier ( who was very pleasant) the picture I took and she said " great deal! Let me get my manager to approve it" the manager with short bobcutish hair showed up and said in a rude manner please zoom in on the tag. She then laughed at me and said "maybe you need to read the tag next time. If you want a pool butterfly I will get you one". The line was long and everyone started to laugh at me. I explained to the lady all I could see was the price and a few of the product sitting there. I also added that its policy to honor it. She then proceeded to laugh at me and said " there is no way she is honoring that price" I reminded her of the policy of walmart honoring their tags. She ignored me and then told the cashier to take it off the order because I didnt want it. Which I still needed it. This is one of many issues that walmart on henry doesnt honor the price that is marked. If you cant keep your store organized then you should be honor what the customer wants. Thats why I only go to Walmart on Sherman. Minus some of their cashiers that arent the nicest.

The deli dept was supposed to make sandwiches for my brothers graduation party. They were supposed to have them done at 1 oclock (an hour before the party) and they didnt even start them when we showed up at 1 on the dot to pick them up. They did t have them ready until 2:35 (yes I was watching) so we arrived 35 minutes late to our own party that didnt have food. The reason? Employees called in sick. Funny because we called this order in on Wednesday and the party was Saturday. Maybe you guys should look at the employees and managers who let these employees get away with that kind of behavior.

If you are young and enjoy hopping on the walmart trends, then I highly recommend this walmart. The workers are very rude towards kids, and they even swear at minors. The toilet paper section is great for toilet papers forts. they never keep it stocked up so theres always enough to make a good fort. The store is dirty and they dont keep it clean. (Your typical walmart) Meijer is so much better. The have 3 lanes open on a busy Friday night and all the workers are very annoying. I got yelled at for dabbing. The said I was "distracting shoppers" . LMAO walmart is trash

No reason you should EVER be a "supercenter" and only have one register open. The self check out lakes are not even open. Im standing in this freaking 25 minute line with medicine and a nasal respirator for my baby who is choking on his mucus because he is so stuffy and you have only one register open with a minimum wage paid clerk who could care less if my baby comes to death or not. I wish you out of business!!!

No tile? Thats an improvement from last time I was there. It had broken tile, missing tiles, and stained tiles. Like pot holes on the road out front and in the parking lot, just terrible. I expected to see men in reflective vests carrying stop and slow sines standing in the isles while others shoveled in new tiles and cement.

This place is terrible. Dirty, disorganized and rude. The produce sucks always looks like its a week old. They never have variety. This is the last time I will ever make the mistake of buying fruit here. In fact, Ill probably never waste my time on this store again. Save yourself headache and go somewhere else.

The associates really know there areas and were vary helpful and i could not find something i needed for my daughter and the first shift stocker helped me...they scanned it yo see if they had any more of what i needed which thry did in the back so he went and got what i needed the stocked the self

I had been placed on hold 4 times, each time someone said they were transferring me to someone that could help. I had been on hold more than 10 minutes to check on a Site to Store item. Completely ridiculous, this is why I do not shop at WalMart and they will never have my service again.

I call this place dirty walmart cuz its just not very clean and organized. Always overpicked and not restocked most the time. Oh yeah and there is only 2 lanes open out of 20 and you might get the guy that examines every item when he puts it into the bag. Very slow process.

Same as usual no employees could be found for a question I had. 5 express (10 items or less) self check out lanes and 3 regular lanes open. The line for the regular check outs were into the clothing area about 5 or more feet. Same as any other Wal-Mart.

Always busy, with not many lanes open, and dont mention the late night 3rd shift because there is one person that works, and theres always a huge line and they never ask for help. Besides this they have good competitive prices and they have great produce!

The store is organized well and always stocked, but they have a shortage of staff which can make it hard to locate help when you need it. As per the usual Wal-Mart store, expect long checkout times as they will have very few checkout registers open.

Some of the cashiers and the manager who works up front (short dark hair) are really rude. Im used to Grand Haven where everyone is so nice and helpful. Ill spend the extra time and money to drive there. They know the meaning of customer service!

Smaller store but a good place to shop. One bad incident with an associate. I was self checking out and she rudely said, "This is 20 items or less." I said, "I know that I have less than 20." I recounted my items and had about 17 items...

I place an order on line. Had to make two different pickups. First one went fair. Todays was a mess. They said it was already pickup and had no name on who pickup. After a while they refunded my money. Im not happy with the whole deal.

Terrible service, tried calling to speak w/ service desk & was transferred three times only to keep getting the same person who finally said hold & hung up on me. Guess I WONT be purchasing the Walmart gift card I wanted to ask about.

Its nice it has everything but I needed a purse for my graduation Yesterday at 3 or 4 pm after I had lunch I was looking for a silver purce or clutch but they didnt have any and they lady thats always helping didnt help me even once.

Never enough check out isles open. Many times Ive gone for a food item and shelves empty, not stocked. Many times Ive asked where something is and if I can find an employee, they have no idea. Greeters are always nice though.

Rude rude rude employees and all around dirty store. My sister was the new assistant manger in 2013 but unfortunately passed away in this store. She was going to make a great impact. Someone needs to step up and take charge
