Great deals- you can dig through the endless racks- but that is half the charm of discount shopping when looking for a quality bargain. I love NR, dont get me wrong, but with a lot of top stores, they have lowered their quality of staff support- so all their ideas like "Ask a team member is green" when you cant find your size- is a really nice idea- but NR is only fooling themselves. Most employees are over worked and you can see the weary smile of the team member trying to help you when she really hopes you wont press her to do more for you, shes got way too much to do as it is. Years back stores, even not so high end ones, used to pay for "shoppers" to measure the degree of customer service- all while taking into consideration the situation the subject- "team member "was perceived to be under. Like many things today corporations believe in magical thinking- its all white wash, bate and switch. Customers suffer and remember ultimately the fake customer service they are promised and cant get due to under staffing and over burdening employees. In the end their profits take the hit along with their reputation. .

This isnt your typical Nordstrom. The service isnt as good and because its more of a clearance center - the departments feel like a hot mess of product. Most of the Mens department is on racks that make you feel like you are shopping at TJ Maxx. BUT they do have some crazy good deals in here if you have the time to look and dig through those racks. Majority of the store is Womens with the small back corner as Mens. They do have a decent shoe department though. They have athletic, boots, dress, sandals, street, etc. Good selection! The service is sub par with what you would find in a normal Nordstroms store. The associates always seem "busy" and never available to help - until they want your commission and quickly offer to ring you out.

I just had the BEST customer service experience with the manager from this store. A mistake was made on one of my returns a few days ago-- I returned a watch, but it was not scanned, so I did not get my money back. I no longer have the watch since the employee at the register took it while processing my return. I called, gave my order number to the manager, and in a matter of seconds, she was able to find it, and process my return over the phone! Great customer service is becoming hard to find, so if youre really needing some help with your holiday shopping, this is the place to go!!

This is one of my favorite places to shop for clothes. Its like a TJMaxx but with higher end, name brand products. I only shop in the mens section but it is usually very organized and easy to browse. They have a good variety of clothes from athletic wear to suits. They also have a nice variety of mens shoes. Prices arent quite as good as TJMaxx but still way cheaper than regular department stores. Ive been shopping here for years and never had a complaint, the store is clean and the staff is generally friendly. Lines arent too bad either even during peak hours.

Basically TJ Maxx without the junky brands - saves time knowing everything here is great quality but also wastes time trying to find decent prices. As an avid online shopper, a lot of the products here are online for a lot less. Even though I really like Nordstroms brands, cool alternative styles, and easy to browse layout, it cannot compete with the online stores selling the same goods for less hassle and lower prices.

Definitely a great place to find High End products and clothing at low end prices!! I bought a Too Faced eye shadow palette here that was regularly $49. I got it for a little over $17!!! They also have Urban Decay, NYX and lots of other brands. But nothing is permanent stock, so you have to get the deals when you see them! Most recently I saw some Limecrime lipsticks and liners.

Sheila Wade gave me the BEST customer service ever!! She was very knowledgeable of the products (shoes). I was looking for items that were online (and sold out) . She took the time to look them up and called me back to inform me of her findings. I really appreciated her time! She couldve just called back and lied or not even called back at all! THANK YOU MS. WADE!!!

Best customer service. Great collection of Clothes, Perfumes and watches. Just a reminder that Nordstrom Rack is different then NORDSTROM. So, If you order online something from Nordstrom you can not return that to Nordstrom Rack and Vice versa. Very good customer service. Easy access to location from the highway. Plenty of parking and yes, place is crowded usually.

Clean with friendly service and a large selection. I didnt end up finding anything that I liked but the establishment is still very nice. Large selection of the standard Rack brands, neatly arranged. I like that I can look out and see security patrolling the parking lots while Im there. Always busy.

Its Nordstrom Rack, how can you go wrong! They carry plenty of large size shoes for us men who have man size feet (13+)! The lines can be a bit long but remember its Nordstrom Rack everyone is there cause of the prices on high end fashion and of course shoes.

The management staff is very nice. I was having one of "those days" with my four year old daughter. The manager was very kind and nice to her as well. I will def be back again! Hit the clearance rack at off times and you can get wonderful deals!

Meh like marshals only much more expensive. You dont get the service you get at Nordstrom but you still get a lot of the price. You you are all about labels and dont have the money I guess you can shop hear but not a place for me.

The store does change out the clothing options, which is nice. Arrive early on the markdown days for extra 25% off red tag items. During holidays, the store does not offer discounts or Black Friday deals like other stores.

Nice Store, Wish there was "home" section. Theres lots of shoes. A good place for discount shopping. Not as big as the Rack in Los Angeles but still a good store. Always check out Nordstrom rack Online too!

Lines are always long but they love fast and even have sales people walking the floor that can check you out if need be. I always find great deals here. I visit at least one a week or so.
