Truly the worst department store I have ever visited. Employees ignore customers; they never have more than 1 or 2 lanes open, cashiers badger you with questions about phone numbers, emails, etc. Browsed at the jewelry counter for about 5 minutes hoping to buy a necklace; lady employee there never even acknowledged me. No doubt this store will be one of the ones that closes in the near future. No great loss.

Closing down and no wonder.Always long waits in line due to usually only one line open and the incredibly long receipts, store always a mess, cant usually find anyone to help and when you do, get an "I dont know" answer and a walk away. ( how rude). Gave 2 stars because I do like the reward system, but you can still use the same rewards for sears. :)

I thought everyone there was polite and understanding. I had to exchange some items that were too small and they wouldnt let me. I had the receipt, just wanting to exchange, So I dont know if I will be going there, at least not right now!!! :(

Our kmart is closed. For the last day really good deals I had to leave behind after standing in line for over half an hour and the cashier told me to pick another line she was going to lunch good riddance kmart
