Its Thanksgiving so whatever you want to call it.. Grey Thursday, Black Friday, whatever..my family and I always come to Walmart first. This year we came to this one since its new..overall things were set up well and relatively easy to find. Which is a improvement compared to past years at other Walmart locations. We mainly came for 2 tvs so after we got those we headed to the lines. The lines werent too long.. 3 people in front of us. However it was the LONGEST Ive ever had to wait in line at Walmart. We finally got to the cashier and I found out why... it was her FIRST day! Her first day on the register and you thought it was a good idea for it to be on the busiest shopping day of the year?!! Not only did it stress her out (Im sure) but we waited 32 minutes for 3 people in front of us (none of which had more than 6 items.) The man at the register next to her also stated that it was his first day on the register! That is extremely rude to do to your employees, not to mention very inconvenient for the customers.

Today I experienced awful customer service at this Walmart location. Someone had stolen cash from my wallet and I asked for them to pull the camera to find out who it was. I was then told that I could not see any footage and I needed an officer with me after I made a police report. The manager had looked at me as if I were stupid when I brought the officer in with me. The officer tried finding the person on the cameras for 45 minutes and said he could not find out who had stolen the cash because there were so many blind spots in the store. All associates that I had spoken to today looked at me like I was crazy and took their sweet time doing everything. They did not seem to want to help me in my situation at all today. I love the deals at this store but their employees are absolutely rude. even when I have not had a problem before in this store I have come across many rude employees. They should definitely hire some new, friendly employees!!

Im all about getting a good deal and love browsing large stores, however, good customer service is what makes a place 5 star. Every time Ive visited this store I get bad customer service. Also, the over all layout is OK, but there are a few things that seemed WAY out of place. Had I not stopped and asked where to find the item I was in search of (which by the way I had to ask them to please take me and not just point to the opposite side of the store without at least an aisle number) I wouldve walked out frustrated and made no purchase. If you asked me, Id send you to Meijer or Target before ever suggesting Walmart.

All Wal-Marts should have accessibility to both entrances, more human cashiers until at least midnight, not 10 pm! Way to crowded. Long lines for the scanners between 10pm & 12am. The self scanners are very difficult for handicapped people to use in just unloading, scanning, reaching, reloading their items, getting the motorized cart close enough to the scanner, always need help and if the one human cashier is busy with another customer, always have to wait. Just change the hours To 12am, would most certainly help, and two clerks at all times to help and assist!

I went in to look for clearance. I was asking a price on a pair of pants. Staff started arguing with me and said, they couldnt possibly get the price. I said I would find someone else to do it. Staff wouldnt let go of pants raised their voice and said, I will do it. I said no let go of the pants and would not. So, here we are fighting over pants. Stupid, all the rest of staff was not much better. They either ignored you or would just walk away. I really hate that store. I was in tears by the time I got home!

Rude customer service ever by walmart chains.. never had good experience at customer service. I have video evidence on how they treated a 32 week pregnant woman.. they made her stay for 30 mins standing for walmarts fault and made her to walk around store for 15 mins for an online order. worst unhuman behavior by a walmart store! Pls go to Emerson Ave if u need walmart buying experience. Never going to this location again.

Tried to purchase a PC from them and they did not have in stock, I said that is fine what about this other one? They said we dont have that one either! I said ok can you sell me the display model, they said no! I said ok well thanks anyway! I gave three stars because they were professional about it, however the store rules need to be changed.

Its new so its clean - but lets see how long that will last. But it is Walmart and their people are terrible. No one seems willing to help, or even say hi to you. For some reason this location feels smaller than all the others in the area. Maybe its not and I am just used to Meijer, or what but it feels small.

One of the better Wal-Marts, I think because of the location. You will occasionally see a typical Wal-Mart-type person but overall its probably one of the best Ive been to. I use the self-service checkout almost exclusively and the people who work that area are generally quite helpful and nice when needed

I called the store to find if they had a water filter. I even wrote down the walmart# of the product. The lady who picked up the call just redirected me to somewhere, and the call hung up after like 5 minutes. I cant believe they cant lookup their store inventory with a number. Disappointed.

Very neat, clean and well lit store. Has a lot of items not found in other Wal-Marts in the area. There werent many floor associates in sight during our visit, and none of them acknowledged our presence or asked if we needed anything, hence the four instead of five stars.

This is a newer Wal-Mart. Very clean with all the selection of Wal-Mart items. Their food prices arent as good as Kroger, but they are definitely a one stop shop. You also cant buy guns, ammo, car jacks, and power tools at Kroger. Lol. Great for a Wal-Mart!

Has good items but the Customer Service Managers are beyond terrible. Ask a question about an item and wont help half the time or dont even know where it is. Seen them yell at their workers which doesnt look good.

Rude rude rude!!! No hi how are you or even te you your total. Im get cash or credit. Also went on a saturday around 11pm, only self check outs available no cashiers. It was a pain and took forever. Not satisfied

Just like all the other Wal-Marts over priced. Under staffed with horrible customer service! Sam Walton would be greatly disappointed at the way Wal-Mart is ran these days. Im tired of Wal-Mart!!

Same as other reviewer it is new and clean, one of the only Wal-Mart Ill walk into besides Emerson & county line. Well see how long the cleanliness lasts. Hopefully the riff raff will stay away!

Rude employees, rude clientele, poorly organized. Cheaply made products. I dont know why I keep going in this place. The low prices arent any lower than Meijer or Target in the long run.
