I have a feeling that stores and Community should go hand-in-hand. I asked if I could get some change because all I had was 20s on me due to the ATM. the cashier was very short with me. I would have been happy to purchase something if I wasnt giving him an attitude. I will never go to JCPenney again.

Friendly and helpful staff. I purchased a suit, but later found the same one on JCPenneys website for considerably less. The return process was easy.
